Purpose and Intent The purpose of this Special Notice is to notify industry partners of an upcoming acquisition strategy realignment within the Command, Control, and Information Network (CPE C2IN) portfolio. To optimize mission delivery, eliminate functional redundancies, and drive operational efficiencies across all subordinate Project and Product Management offices, CPE C2IN is initiating a phased consolidation of portions of more than twenty (20) disparate legacy SETA and fielding contracts. These support requirements will be structured into three (3) distinct, enterprise-level contract vehicles: Business/Operations/Administrative Support Fielding, Property, Field Support, and Training Product Support This announcement is intended for planning purposes and early industry engagement. Operational Background & Strategic Rationale Modern Command and Control (C2) modernization requires interoperability, agility, and synchronicity across multi-domain operational environments. Historically, individual program offices under CPE C2IN maintained dedicated, standalone SETA and service contracts. While effective for localized program execution, this decentralized model created operational silos and administrative friction.
