Republic of North Macedonia Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy Project Implementation Unit Specific Procurement Notice for a Drone Request for Quotations Project: Preparation Grant for the Zletovica Productivity through Irrigation and Renewable Energy Project (Phases II and III) Grant No.: TF0D2152 Reference No.: PIREP-GO-RFQ-13 Method and approach: Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Goods; Open National Date of notice: 19 October 2026 1. The Republic of North Macedonia has received a grant from the World Bank, acting as trustee of the Grant Facility for Project Preparation (GFPP), for the preparation of the above-mentioned project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for the procurement of a professional unmanned aircraft system. 2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, through the Project Implementation Unit (the “Purchaser”), invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit a quotation for the procurement, delivery and commissioning of one (1) complete professional unmanned aircraft system (UAS) for mapping, photogrammetry and visual inspection, with RTK and/or PPK functionality, associated equipment, software and training for at least two representatives of the Purchaser/User. The equipment must be new, original, unused and compliant with the technical specifications in Annex 4 to the RFQ. Delivery shall be made to the Public Enterprise for Water Management Activities “Hydrosystem Zletovica” - Probishtip, at a location designated by the Purchaser. Full delivery, software activation, functional testing and training must be completed within a maximum of 45 calendar days from contract signing. The procurement is a single indivisible package; partial quotations will not be considered. 3.
