Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Equipment and Services This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Connectivity and Collaboration Services (CCS), Core Provisioning Mobility Services (CPMS) has a requirement for encrypted and unencrypted satellite equipment and services. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as to the ultimate acquisition approach; however, responses may inform acquisition strategy decisions. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB, or RFP in the future.
