The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Norfolk District is anticipating a new procurement for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Services contract, for the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Demand Maintenance (DM) at Ft. Buchanan, San Juan and Ramey Unit School, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Description of Work USACE, Norfolk District is seeking eligible firms capable of Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance repair services in support of the DoWEA-America’s facilities located at Ft. Buchanan, San Juan and Ramey Unit School, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The services provided under this proposed contract encompass facilities total maintenance services such as operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and cooling systems, kitchen equipment, facility control systems, playgrounds, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarms, building systems, roofs, and other facility systems and components.
