This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside . The NAICS Code is 541990, size standard: $19.5 million . All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) database to be eligible to receive award and have completed the “On-line Representations and Certifications” within that registration.
