The Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Türkiye – Transforming Power Transmission System Project (TPTS) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for 154/33 kV SELMPAA Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) . 2. The Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of following Work: Supply of Substation Goods testing, transport, delivery, services required at customs and storage at site, engineering and design services, complete erection, construction, installation, supervision, civil works, commissioning, site testing and handing over in satisfactory operating condition including repair works for 5 years after the expiry of the guarantee period of 154/33 kV SELMPAA Gas Insulated Switchgear Substation Works . 3. The duration of the Works is 540 calendar days of Design, Supply & Installation works and excluding Defect Liability Period of the construction works. 4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Single Stage One Envelope Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated September 2023” and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
