The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,600 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space located within a mile radius of 351 Loucks Rd. York, Pennsylvania. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 15 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
