The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 6,569 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a mile radius of Union Square Shopping Center, 3863 Union Deposit Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17109. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 10 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
