I Background and Purpose: NAVFAC Washington / FEAD Quantico is conducting market research to determine the availability, capability, and capacity of qualified commercial contractors to provide complete basewide janitorial and custodial services across facilities located at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, Virginia. Current Acquisition Posture – This requirement is currently performed under an existing contract awarded through the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program expiring on March 31, 2027. In accordance with the Small Business Act and federal acquisition regulations, the Government is primarily surveying the market to identify qualified and capable SBA-certified 8(
