This requirement is for annual testing and inspection services only. Repairs, replacement parts, and corrective maintenance resulting from testing are not included in the contemplated contract. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, testing equipment, labor, supervision, and documentation necessary to perform annual fire pump inspection and performance testing. Services include, but are not limited to: Visual inspection of fire pump, driver, controller, and associated equipment. Verification of pump room conditions and compliance with NFPA 25 requirements. Inspection of suction and discharge piping, valves, gauges, and relief valves. Verification of controller settings, alarms, and power supply. Churn (no-flow) testing.
