AMENDMENT [0001] TO REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) 19ES6027Q0003 The San Salvador issues this amendment to Request for Quotations (RFQ) 19ES6027Q0003, Purchase and Delivery of Ballistic Combat Helmets and Tactical Ballistic Shields . This amendment does the following: Publishes the questions and answers (Q&A). The Government's answers to all questions received for this RFQ are in the attached document. Extends the offer submission deadline. The deadline moves to Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 10:30 AM (CST) Offerors who have already submitted an offer may either: Submit a revised offer that reflects this amendment, no later than the new deadline; or Keep their original offer as submitted, after notifying the Contracting Officer in writing. All offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment [by signing and returning the SF-30 / by acknowledging it in their offer] as the RFQ instructions require. If an offeror does not acknowledge this amendment, the Government may reject its offer. All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged. Thank you.
