The Project Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU) will help in intensive monitoring and coordination for P&DDD and the Steering Committee and provide technical support to departmental Project Implementation Units (PIUs) in C&W, Irrigation, PHED, Agriculture, Local Government departments. CA, ACCA, ICMA/CMA, CPA or equivalent recognized professional qualification will be given due preference. At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in financial management, accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and/or project financial management, preferably include experience with large public-sector or development projects.
