Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) N6523626RE073 for the procurement of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Acquisition, Engineering, and Integration (CAEI) Production. A virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference is scheduled to take place 22 October 2026 at 11:00am Eastern Time using Microsoft Teams. The DRAFT request for proposal (RFP) documents are forthcoming. NIWC Atlantic requires the production and delivery of integrated C5ISR systems, networks, and support equipment in support of multiple large acquisition programs on various platforms. NIWC Atlantic’s CAEI Integrated Product Team (IPT) supports Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs) ranging from Acquisition Category (ACAT) I through IV from engineering development and production through delivery of integrated systems/equipment that provide information warfare capabilities/solutions for various Programs of Record (POR). At any given time, the contractor shall be responsible for the concurrent production of between approximately 20 and 30 integrated C5ISR systems; each in different production phases and of varying complexities. Systems will span the entire C5ISR spectrum with installations on shipboard, subsurface, land-based, and field-based systems.
