The Government seeks information regarding vendors’ technical capabilities, available products and services, hosting, system functionality, integration, and ability to satisfy the attached Technical Exhibit 1 - Contract Writing System Requirements. SCOPE SUMMARY (See attached Technical Exhibit 1 - Contract Writing System Requirements) The Department of the Treasury is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing an enterprise contract writing system solution to support Treasury acquisition and procurement operations. Technical Exhibit 1 identifies anticipated functional, technical, operational, security, hosting, integration, and support requirements designated as Mandatory or Value Added. The Government may use information obtained through this RFI to refine requirements and determine an appropriate acquisition strategy for any future solicitation.
