The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Locally Employed Staff Health Insurance Services for U.S. Embassy Lisbon, Portugal. (i) GENERAL Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12 (RFO deviation) procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
