The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank (the Bank) towards the cost of the Second Kenya Urban Support Program (KUSP II) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The aim of the consulting services (“the Services”) is to enable Cities/Municipalities operationalize the HR Instruments developed to achieve optimal workforce performance. The Consulting Services is expected to be for a period of eight (8) calendar months from the date of contract commencement. 3.
