The consulting services (“the Services”) is to address these challenges, MLVT intends to strengthen two key components of the LMIS ecosystem: (i) the development of an integrated LMIS website to disseminate structured labour market information to jobseekers, employers, policymakers, and training providers. It must include the following: Job-matching portal; Counseling Service portal (the Developed Digital Self-Assessment Tool, Graduate survey, Tracer study, Migration data); and Labour Market Intelligence portal. (ii) the enhancement of the NEA Job Matching Portal to improve the quality and transparency of job matching services. These two components will operate as complementary systems that share common taxonomies, datasets, and API services.
