NAICS Code: 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. 4. Confirmation that your firm holds applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) certification for underground storage tank installation and repair. 6. REQUIRED SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to correct deficiencies associated with existing underground storage tanks at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. Work generally includes repairs or replacement of spill bucket components, transition sump covers, entry boots, monitoring sensors, and associated wiring, along with required testing and documentation.
