Entire space at- or above-grade with minimum two accessible egresses. No part of space may be below-grade. May be above-grade only if served by at least two elevators, at least one of which functions during power outages. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
