Request for Bids Small Works (One Envelope Bidding Process) RFB No.: VU-MLNR-503845-CW-RFB (Ohlen Mataso Settlement Area Upgrading Works) Project: Vanuatu Affordable and Resilient Settlements Project Contract: Ohlen Mataso Settlement Area Upgrading Works Employer: Government of Vanuatu, represented by the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources (MoLNR) Country: Republic of Vanuatu Issued on: 21st October 2025 The Government of Vanuatu has received grant funds (the “Grant”) from the World Bank toward the cost of the Vanuatu Affordable and Resilient Settlements Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Ohlen Mataso Settlement Area Upgrading Works. The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the upgrading works at the Ohlen Mataso Settlement area. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020) (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m., Port Vila time (UTC+11), Tuesday 25th November 2025. Electronic bidding will NOT be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at t
