1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa tomografu komputerowego oraz cyfrowego mammografu wraz z wyposażeniem, transportem, wniesieniem, wykonaniem niezbędnych prac adaptacyjnych pomieszczeń, instalacją, uruchomieniem oraz przeprowadzeniem szkolenia personelu dla Uniwersyteckiego Szpitala Klinicznego im. Szczegółowy opz oraz wymagania techniczne i funkcjonalne dotyczące Części nr 1 i Części nr 2 określono w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), Zał. nr 1 do SWZ. Formularze cenowo-ofertowe (FCO) dla Części nr 1 i Części nr 2, Zał. nr 2 do SWZ, określają zakres podlegający wycenie, w tym wymaganą liczbę urządzeń.
