Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky tří typů kancelářského papíru formátů A4 (jakost A, B a C) a jednoho typu kancelářského papíru formátů A3 (jakost A) pro tisková a kopírovací zařízení dle specifikace viz níže (dále také jen „Zboží“) a poskytnutí souvisejících služeb. Dodavatel je povinen doplnit do přílohy č. 1 zadávací dokumentace - Specifikace zboží jednotlivé technické parametry nabízeného Zboží s tím, že dodavatelem doplněná příloha bude následně tvořit přílohu č. 2 rámcové dohody. Dodavatel je oprávněn v rámci jednotlivých kategorií kancelářského papíru (tj. A4-1, A4-2, A4-3, A3-1) nabídnout více alternativ papíru splňujících požadované technické parametry, které budou v rámci té které kategorie dodávány. Cena veškerých variant dodávaného kancelářského papíru v rámci příslušné kategorie bude vždy jednotná. V případě nabídky více alternativ kancelářského papíru dodavatel upraví odpovídajícím způsobem přílohu č. 1 zadávací dokumentace – Specifikace zboží, a to vložením nového sloupce o příslušné tabulky přílohy. Nabídka více alternativ kancelářského papíru v rámci té které kategorie není považováno za variantní nabídku, pokud veškeré nabízené alternativy splní technické parametry a mají shodnou kupní cenu. V případě, že dodavatel nabídne více variant kancelářského papíru pro jednu kategorii, centrální zadavatel dodavatele nevyloučí, pokud alespoň jedna nabízená varianta kancelářského papíru bude v dané kategorii splňovat požadované technické parametry. Centrální zadavatel v takovém případě uzavře rámcovou dohodu na dodávku pouze těch variant kancelářského papíru, které splňují požadované technické parametry. Dodávaný kancelářský papír musí být opatřen ekoznačkou EU Ecolabel, prokazující, že při výrobě kancelářského papíru byla splněna všechna kritéria pro udělení ekoznačky EU Ecolabel. The Shield Building is the structure and annulus area that surrounds the containment building and is located in the Nuclear Island (NI). The Shield Building uses concrete-filled steel plate construction (SC) as well as reinforced concrete sections. The SC40 Shield Building SC Wall Panels scope reflects the cylindrical portion of the concrete-filled steel plate construction for the Shield Building. The Shield Building cylindrical wall has an outside radius of 22.1 m and a thickness of 0.91 m. For each one (1) unit, there are 167 individually fabricated/shipped SC40 panels. There are four main types of panels, which are further arranged into 56 unique panel “groups” that each represent a unique panel configuration. The panels are steel composite construction with 19.1 mm to 25.4 mm thick rolled carbon steel plates, welded tie bars, welded tie plates, and welded shear studs. Each SC panel weighs between 12 and 23 metric tonnes. The SC40 scope of supply also includes misc. structural components such as embedment plates, gusset plates, attachment plates, and nuts/washers. The SC40 Shield Building SC Wall Panels scope is classified as Safety Related, Seismic Category I, and Westinghouse Safety Class C. The governing codes and standards include ANSI/AISC N690-1994 and ACI 349-01. 1. Experienced manufacturers / Fabricators capable of fabricating and furnishing AP1000® structural modules and / or Shield Building (described below), must (i) contact (email and/or phone call) the Westinghouse Contact Person identified in section 1 to express interest and request an AP1000 supplier qualification questionnaire, and (ii) upon receipt, complete the AP1000 supplier qualification questionnaire with sufficient detail for Westinghouse evaluation and return it via email to the Westinghouse contact person. Toimeksiannot ovat ammattitaitoa ja oma-aloitteisuutta vaativia asiantuntijatehtäviä. Asiantuntijatehtävät sisältävät pääsääntöisesti hankkeen valmistelua, suunnittelua, yhteistoiminnan koordinointia, päätöksenteon valmistelua, esittelyä ja raportointia jne. Kohteesta riippuen palveluntuottajalle voidaan myöntää erilaisia toimintavaltuuksia, jotka määritellään hankekohtaisesti. Hankinnan ja tehtävien sisältöä on kuvattu tarkemmin jäljempänä. Næstved Kommune skal være vært for DM i Skills 2028. Arrangementet skal foregå 26.-29. april 2028 i Arena Næstved og tilstødende arealer. DM i Skills er erhvervsuddannelsernes konkurrence for de dygtigste unge håndværkere i over 40 fag, og hertil kommer et antal demonstrationsfag og kommercielle stande. Kravene til afholdelse af DM i Skills er min. 22.000 m2 under tag, og derfor skal vi, ud over det eksisterende anlæg, bruge i alt 6 telte af varierende størrelser. Det ene telt skal bygges på en asfalteret parkeringsplads, mens de øvrige 5 telte skal bygges på et aluminiumsgulv, der vil være på plads inden byggeriets start. Bemærk: alu-gulvene udbydes i et særskilt udbud.

Hankittava ratkaisu on tarkoitettu käytettäväksi Helsingin kaupungin toimialoille ja liikelaitoksille. Valmisratkaisu tulee toteuttaa SaaS-palveluna (pilvipohjainen ratkaisu). Hankittava ratkaisu toimitetaan kokonaispalveluna sisältäen kiinteän käyttöönottoprojektin, jatkuvan palvelun tuen ja ylläpidon sekä erikseen tilattavaa asiantuntijatyötä. Hankinnan laajuus käy ilmi tarkemmin tarjouspyynnöstä ja sen liitteistä. Helsingin kaupungin toiminnassa syntyy ja hyödynnetään jatkuvasti suuria määriä dataa, ja dataomaisuuden hallinta on hajanaista eri toimialoilla ja liikelaitoksilla. Edellä mainituilla hallintokunnilla on erilaisia käytäntöjä ja valmiuksia datan kuvailutietojen eli metadatan hallinnassa, mikä tekee kokonaiskuvan saamisesta vaikeaa. Käytössä on useita standardoituja metadatamalleja, mutta niiden soveltaminen ja hallinta vaihtelee, mikä hankaloittaa datan yhteiskäyttöä ja integrointia. Metadataa ei hallita keskitetysti, ja sille ei ole olemassa viitekehystä. Datan omistajuuden käytännöt vaihtelevat hallintokunnittain, mikä voi vaikuttaa datan jakamiseen, sen laadun ylläpitoon ja vastuukysymysten määrittelyyn. Tämä estää datan tehokasta hyödyntämistä ja jakamista eri hallintokuntien välillä sekä johtaa osaltaan siihen, että tiedon ymmärtäminen on vahvasti henkilösidonnaista, mikä aiheuttaa riskejä tiedonhallinnan jatkuvuudelle. Vaikka erityisesti talous- ja HR-dataa jo jaetaan, niin kaupungin laajaa dataomaisuutta ei täysin hyödynnetä. Dataa on niin paljon, että sen mahdollisuuksia ei aina nähdä, ja tiedon jakaminen ei tapahdu systemaattisesti tai kaupunkitasoisesti. Osa kaupungin vanhemmista järjestelmistä ei tue nykyaikaisia tietomallinnus- ja integraatiotarpeita, kun taas uudemmat järjestelmät tukevat.
