The framework agreement is for the renovation of water pipelines and manholes when blocking out. Controlled drilling, pilot pipe drilling and hose renovation are not included in the framework agreement. The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the need for renovation of water pipelines, where blocking out can be used as a method, as well as renovation of manholes and re-connection of private service pipes. In addition to blocking out, there will be a limited need for renovation by using traditional trench excavation in cases where blocking out cannot be carried out. The contracting authority is planning for two call-offs per annum, with each call-off consisting of packing several measures. The contracting authority plans to renovate approx. 3,000 metres per annum and increase the number of metres during the contract period. The actual extent will vary, however, and the contracting authority is not obligated to the above mentioned estimate. In addition to planned measures, urgent orders may occur. The framework agreement ́s estimated financial framework, including an option for an extension, is NOK 415,000,000,-, while the maximum limit is NOK 600,000,000,-. This is based on a calculation of the estimated price of 3,000 metres per annum, which can be increased to 4,000 metres per annum. The framework agreement period is 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 years.

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa realizacja zadania w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, obejmująca w szczególności: 1) opracowanie odrębnego projektu technicznego dla każdej lokalizacji objętej zamówieniem, wraz z uzyskaniem wymaganych uzgodnień oraz dokonaniem zgłoszenia robót budowlanych niewymagających pozwolenia na budowę do właściwego organu administracji architektoniczno-budowlanej, jeżeli obowiązek taki wynika z przepisów prawa; 2) dostawę wszystkich urządzeń, materiałów i elementów niezbędnych do wykonania instalacji fotowoltaicznych oraz magazynów energii; 3) wykonanie robót montażowych, uruchomienie instalacji oraz przeprowadzenie wszystkich wymaganych prób, pomiarów i odbiorów; 4) wykonanie wszelkich czynności niezbędnych do zgłoszenia mikroinstalacji do właściwego Operatora Systemu Dystrybucyjnego (OSD) oraz doprowadzenia do jej przyłączenia i uruchomienia zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami; 5) przeprowadzenie instruktażu użytkowników w zakresie prawidłowej obsługi, eksploatacji i podstawowej konserwacji wykonanych instalacji; 6) świadczenie usług serwisowych oraz realizację obowiązków wynikających z udzielonej gwarancji jakości i rękojmi za wady przez okres określony w Umowie. 2. W ramach zamówienia podstawowego przedmiotu Umowy Wykonawca wykona kompleksowo: 1) instalacje fotowoltaiczne w ilości 17 kpl o łącznej mocy nie mniejszej niż 379,2 kWp; 2) magazyny energii elektrycznej w ilości 16 o łącznej minimalnej pojemności użytkowej 418 kWh.

De opdracht betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één (1) onderneming voor het op afroep verzorgen van barbecuearrangementen ten behoeve van Evenementen op defensielocaties in Nederland, inclusief de Waddeneilanden, alsmede op externe locaties die tijdelijk of permanent bij de Opdrachtgever in gebruik zijn. Per Evenement roept de Opdrachtgever pakketten en/of losse Producten af uit het assortiment zoals beschreven in het Programma van Eisen (bijlage 3). De arrangementen worden in twee varianten uitgevraagd: (i) voorgegaarde Producten die door de gasten zelf op de barbecue worden bereid, en (ii) niet-voorgegaarde (rauwe) Producten die uitsluitend door de Opdrachtnemer worden bereid. De Opdrachtgever verzorgt de ontvangst en begeleiding van de gasten, (sta- en buffet)tafels en zitgelegenheid, verlichting, bij regen een overkapping, afvalvoorziening en -verwerking, handwasvoorziening en elektra- en watervoorzieningen. De Opdrachtnemer verzorgt al het overige, zodanig dat hij zelfstandig in staat is de barbecue te verzorgen (waaronder gasbarbecues inclusief gas, personeel, servies, bestek, servetten en presentatie-/decoratiemiddelen). De functionele en technische eisen zijn opgenomen in het Programma van Eisen (bijlage 3).

The procurement concerns a framework agreement with one tenderer for periodic security checks of all registration obliged lifting devices that are included in Bergen municipality c/o the Department for Buildings and Properties' property portfolio. The municipality currently has 174 lifts and 132 lifting platforms. The contract can only be carried out by a certified and independent safety control body (SKO). The facilities are placed in buildings divided between three portfolios with each service provider, respectively (1) schools and nurseries, (2) administration and cultural buildings and (3) health buildings. Lists of installations with the accompanying information are attached to the tender documentation. The number of sites can be changed during the contract period due to new buildings, replacements, modernisations, disposals, temporary closures and altered buildings. Other installations in accordance with the machine directive and lift directive may be included in the contract, including the lifting devices that the municipality does not currently have. The contracting authority shall also be able to order additional services beyond periodic inspections such as sample checks, inspections of accidents, control after near-accidents, inspections after modernisation, control by alterations, inspections of owner changes, technical assistance as well as professional assessments and reviews/cooperation on systems. Such services are carried out according to the hourly rate stated in Annex 4A - Price Form. Most of the properties consist of approx. 100 schools and 60 nurseries, in addition to nursing homes, administration buildings, cultural buildings, car parks, the Bergen harbour and sports facilities, with the accompanying outside areas. Some of the buildings are listed/listed with an antiquarian value.
