The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. As the market for outdoor lighting equipment is continually developing, with ever-new products, technologies and suppliers, the Contracting Authority wants to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and associated services. The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: · decorative lighting · park and landscape lighting · squares and urban lighting · sports floodlights · area lighting and space lighting · architectural lighting and facade lighting · historical and culturally adapted lighting · special lighting for special purposes. · masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems. · control and control systems. · sensors and accompanying components. · spare parts and accessories The DPS also includes the accompanying services, including, for example, but not limited to: · light calculations · lighting planning and engineering design assistance · programming and configuration of control systems. · commissioning and testing · documentation and O&M deliveries. · training · service and maintenance services · technical advice and assistance. The list above is not exhaustive. The scheme can be used for the procurement of other types of outdoor lighting equipment and the accompanying services that naturally fall within the scheme ́s purpose.

A Vállalkozónak írásos szakmai tájékoztatást és becsült munkaidő-ráfordítást kell adnia. • Személyi feltételek: A munkát kizárólag szakképzett személyzet végezheti. Külön előírás, hogy hűtő/klímagázzal kapcsolatos szerelést csak a vonatkozó jogszabályok szerinti HR-es (H-I-es kategóriájú) vagy azzal egyenértékű képesítési igazolással rendelkező szerelő végezhet. • Takarítás és munkaterület: A Vállalkozó köteles gondoskodni a munkaterülettel szomszédos területek tisztántartásáról és a napi munkavégzés utáni feltakarításról (melynek elmaradása esetén a Megrendelő a Vállalkozó költségére takaríttathat ki). B) Reagálási, felmérési és javítási határidők • Havária hiba esetén: o Reagálás / helyszíni megjelenés: 2 órán belül. o Ideiglenes hibaelhárítás: 4 órán belül. o Végleges hibaelhárítás: 2 munkanapon belül. • Egyéb (normál) hibák esetén: o Helyszíni felmérés és ajánlatadás: 2 munkanapon belül. o Javítás elvégzése: megrendeléstől számított 15 munkanapon belül. The competition is for the delivery of a joint electronic patient journal (EPJ) for the public dental health service, with integration with a joint storage system. The system is provided as a continual service including operation, development and management. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Public Procurement Act § 5b third paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the procurement of a digital solution for the public dental health service where the nature of the procurement means that the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, since requirements and criteria aimed at these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental supervisor. The obligation to make requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h. See the contract for more information.
