Invitation to a supplier conference for the Norwegian Defence ́s digital transformation in Fanehallen 5 October 2026 The Norwegian Defence and Defence Material Agency invites tenderers, research and education institutions as well as other relevant actors to a supplier conference 5 October 2015 at 09.00-12.00 in Fanehallen at Akershus fortress. The Norwegian Armed Forces are facing a historic commitment to digitalisation and technological modernisation. The aim is to strengthen the Norwegian Defence ́s operative ability through a modern digital foundation, increased use of data and artificial intelligence, stronger interaction across the branches of the armed forces and better decision support in all domains. In the coming years, significant investments will be made including modernisation of the Norwegian Armed Forces' secure platforms, the development of the future digital work surface, modernisation of performance critical joint systems (ERP), establishment and modernisation of data centre, network and communication capacity, strengthened cyber security, utilisation of artificial intelligence as well as the establishment of modern platform and cloud services. The Norwegian Armed Forces cannot realise and succeed with this ambition alone. A successful digital transformation requires close cooperation between the defence sector, the supplier market, academia and other actors in the total defence. Obiectul viitorului contract de achiziție publică presupune realizarea de servicii de actualizare a documentației tehnice existente faza DTAC+PTH, în baza documentului „Actualizare Expertiza Tehnica” și Asistenta Tehnica pentru obiectivul de investiţii: „Montare panouri fonoabsorbante Pasaj Letea, municipiul Bacău”. Expertul tehnic dr. ing. Cristian-Claudiu Comisu propune in cadrul expertizei tehnice actualizate (atașată caietului de sarcini) executia unor lucrari de reparații capitale a pasajului Letea (pentru aceste categorii de lucrari suplimentare este necesară actualizarea documentatiei tehnice de proiectare existente). Valoarea totală estimată a viitorului contract de achiziție publică este de 862.500,00 lei (fără TVA). În aplicarea dispozițiilor art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016, coroborat cu art. 103 alin. (2) din HG 395/2016, autoritatea contractantă stabilește următoarele termene cu privire la solicitările de clarificări: a) termenul limită de primire a solicitărilor de clarificări: 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor; b) termenul în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și concret la toate solicitările de clarificări: în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.

Die beteiligten Kassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Roxadustat zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Originale-Verfahrens der beteiligten Kassen: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die beteiligten Krankenkassen sichern einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.11.2026. Der Vertrag endet spätestens am 31.10.2028, unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Bei Patentablauf/Ablauf der Marktexklusivität vor dem o.g. Enddatum endet der Vertrag automatisch mit Ablauf des Monats des Patentablaufs/der Marktexklusivität.
