Local Information Control Centre (LICC)
This contract relates to the provision of the Local Information Control Centre (LICC) service, a designated Key Contract, which delivers Level 1 software support and associated licences for the Worldline system. This system underpins the operation of Customer Information Screens (CIS) and automated Public Address (PA) systems across all 16 Avanti West Coast stations and is fed by data from the First Trenitalia West Coast Limited LICC servers. The LICC is critical to the delivery of real time customer journey information, including train arrival and departure times, platform allocations and changes, service delays, train formations, and passenger information announcements. In addition, the automated PA system broadcasts safety critical messaging, such as platform edge warnings for non‑stopping trains and emergency evacuation instructions. All 16 stations are equipped with CIS displays and automated PA systems, which are included within the scope of this contract. Procurement for the Centre for Advancing Practice ePortfolio (Supported Route)
NHS England is seeking to commission Process Outsourcing Services to support the delivery of the Centre for Advancing Practice ePortfolio (Supported) Route. The Centre for Advancing Practice is procuring external support to ensure the continued delivery, quality, and scalability of its national recognition and quality assurance functions for advanced and consultant level practitioners. Increasing demand for these services, combined with internal workforce capacity constraints, has created a requirement for an experienced supplier to provide additional operational, academic, and technical capacity. The appointed supplier will be required to support delivery across the following three core service areas: • The ePortfolio (Supported) Route • Reviewer and subject matter expert infrastructure • Implementation and ongoing management of digital badges The supplier will provide end to end operational, administrative, and quality assurance support for the Centre for Advancing Practice’s recognition and assurance functions. This will include, but is not limited to: • Delivery of a fair, consistent, and high quality ePortfolio (Supported) Route • Management and coordination of a multi professional reviewer and expert workforce • Secure implementation and ongoing administration of digital badges via the Centre’s portal Collectively, this support will ensure that practitioners have timely access to national recognition pathways and that national standards for advanced and consultant level practice are maintained. Contract Term and Value The contract will be awarded for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year. The estimated contract value is up to £300,000 per annum (excluding VAT); and up to £900,000 (excluding VAT) for the full contract term, inclusive of any permitted extension period. Liverpool Experience Campus Ltd is seeking to appoint an energy supplier to deliver electricity and gas to its campus at Kings Dock, Liverpool Waterfront under a MultiPurchase tranche-based procurement model, commencing 1 January 2028. The contract will be managed in line with the Authority's Net Zero 2030 commitment, its certified carbon neutral campus status, and its sustainability obligations as a member of isla and a signatory of the Net Zero Carbon Events pledge. The supplier will operate on a strictly advisory-only basis, with all fixing decisions remaining with the Authority. The procurement is conducted under the Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
Energy Generation Accelerator Programme - York and North Yorkshire Solar Carports
To develop detailed feasibility studies and associated design work, surveys, studies, and proposals for the development and/or significant expansion of Solar PV carports with supporting EV and battery energy storage system (BESS) infrastructure across six priority sites, considering grid capacity, spatial constraints, and planning progression. To enable strategic decision-making and prepare for future project delivery through the preparation of material to support the development of Outline Business Cases, whilst ensuring consistent, scalable approaches across similar projects to maximise efficiency and replicability.

The purpose of this planned procurement is to establish a closed framework for the supply and distribution of a variety of Food & Drink concepts to members and clients of TUCO (Universities, Colleges and the wider Public Sector). The duration of this Closed Framework is planned to be a maximum of 4 years. The annual spend through the Closed Framework is estimated at £3m The total spend through the open framework (over the maximum 4 years) is estimated at £40m The scope of products to be covered in the framework are as follows but not limited to: Food Concepts (Lots 1-6): Chicken Concepts to include all chicken concepts such as fried chicken, gyros, kebabs, marinated options, Korean fried chicken etc. Pizza, Flatbreads & Pasta including school-compliant ranges of pizza, pasta and sauces. Asian & Global Cuisine including ready-to-eat meals, sushi, snacks, and grocery staples/ingredients for cookery / convenience stores. This lot also includes cuisines not covered by other lots. American Classics such as Hot dogs and burgers, mac & cheese, grilled cheese, Tex/Mex, loaded fries and South American favourites such as burritos, tacos, enchiladas, tamales, mole, and pozole. Coffee Shop concepts and ingredients for sale in coffee shops include (but are not limited to) pasties, sandwiches/wraps, jacket potatoes, salad bowls, and cakes. Sweet Treats such as waffles, ice cream, and pancakes. Inclusion of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options across all lots. Drinks Concepts (Lots 7 & 8): Drinks (Non-Alcoholic) Functional and low/no-alcohol options, including kombucha and adaptogen-infused drinks. Also includes teas (including iced teas), bubble tea, and café-style drink concepts. Drinks Premium (Non-Alcoholic) as above but where quality is already established—products are available in stores/shops and/or may be branded (no need to complete sampling).

Quality Evaluation
The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is seeking to commission an external provider to deliver and operate the National Breastfeeding Helpline (NBH). The NBH provides free, non‑judgemental and evidence‑based breastfeeding information and support to families across the United Kingdom. The service operates nationally and supports individuals seeking guidance, reassurance and signposting in relation to breastfeeding and infant feeding. The appointed supplier will be responsible for the delivery of a fully managed helpline service, including the provision of advice and support via telephone and digital channels, governance and quality assurance arrangements, safeguarding processes, reporting, and the operation of a public‑facing website to support access to the service. The service shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Provision of a national helpline offering timely, non‑judgemental breastfeeding information, advice and support; Call handling and digital engagement, including appropriate referral and signposting to other services where required; Safeguarding processes and escalation arrangements appropriate to the service user group; Governance, quality assurance and performance reporting arrangements in line with the Specification; Operation and maintenance of a public‑facing website providing information about the service and how to access it. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of two years and nine months, with options to extend for up to two further periods of up to twelve months each, subject to the terms of the contract. The estimated total value of the contract for the initial term is £3,198,500 excluding VAT. The total contract value including extension options is £5, 598,500 excluding VAT (£1,200,000 for each twelve month extension option).

Leicester City Council (LCC) is considering commissioning a Housing Support for people that use drugs and alcohol for Leicester. It is anticipated, dependent upon an engagement exercise, that tenders for this service would be sought later in 2026 to enable a new contract to begin from 01/04/2027 As part of the commissioning process, the authority is undertaking a soft market test. This gives potential providers and other stakeholders the opportunity to express their interests and feed in their views about a potential service model and specification principles. The commissioners will use the information to appraise options and further develop a specification. This process does not constitute a formal tender or other competitive bidding process and will not result in the letting of a Contract. The authority is using this process solely to test the market to gather information and ascertain the level of interest in this particular service. There are therefore no formal criteria which we will use to judge your responses, and it is not our intention to provide any feedback.

Back Office Application Support and Modernisation
The Back Office IT services contract covers the end-to-end hosting, operation and maintenance of Post Office Limited (POL) core applications and platforms (excluding the Horizon System and Services). This includes business-critical systems supporting finance and ERP, human resources, master and reference data, management information and reporting, integration services, and process automation. These workloads are primarily delivered from the cloud and include a mix of applications, data, integration, and platform services that collectively underpin POL's day-to-day operations. The service encompasses responsibility for the secure, resilient, and performant operation of the estate throughout the contract term. This includes the ongoing support of live production services, maintenance of legacy systems where required, operational monitoring, incident resolution, change and release activity, and business continuity arrangements. The service is designed to allow the Post Office to consume these capabilities as a managed outcome, without the need to directly operate or support the underlying applications or infrastructure. Alongside steady-state operations, the service includes working in partnership with Post Office to support continuous improvement and technology evolution. This includes platform optimisation, automation, and prepare and conduct application modernisation, migration or decommissioning as POL's business and technology landscape evolves, while ensuring services remain secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Cumbria Substance Use: Engagement and Recovery Support Service?
Cumberland Council, acting as lead authority on behalf of both Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council, has procured a provider for the provision of the Cumbria Substance Use: Engagement and Recovery Support Service, for a term of up to 10 years. Under the Health and Social Care Act 2012, local authorities have a statutory responsibility for improving public health, which includes commissioning services that prevent harm and support recovery from substance misuse. This responsibility is reinforced by national guidance and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) commissioning standards. Substance misuse remains a major public health challenge in Cumbria, with high rates of drug- and alcohol-related deaths and significant health inequalities across the county. The estimated total value of the contract over the total contract period (including any extension period) is a maximum value of up to £24m excluding VAT, but no guarantee is given as to the actual value of the contract. The initial contract period is six years, running from 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2032. Two optional extension periods of up to 24 months each are available. If both extensions are utilised, the contract will end on 30th September 2036. Use of these extensions is entirely at the discretion of the Council. Bids were evaluated according to the criteria as set out in the Invitation to Tender. This contract has been awarded in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
