Microbiological Safety Cabinets and other types of LEV are located across the University campus and at other satellite locations, including Langford and Southmead. Statutory testing (TExT) and regular servicing and maintenance of this equipment is vital to ensure that safety standards are maintained. To standardise the service provision and to ensure that all locations are receiving best value for money, we are looking to award a University wide contract for the provision of these services. The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), represented by the British Embassy in Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) intends to appoint a suitably qualified and licensed fuel supplier capable of providing uninterrupted supplies of automotive fuel for Embassy's official vehicle fleet through an extensive network of fuel stations operating in Riyadh, Jeddah, and throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.The supplier must be able to provide reliable nationwide coverage to support the Embassy’s operational requirements across all locations. The contract is anticipated to be awarded for an initial period of Four (4) years, with two optional extentions of two (2) years each, with maximum contract term of 8 years in total, subject to satisfactory supplier performance and continued business requirement at British Embassy in Riyadh. Suitable and interested fuel suppliers are invited to participate in a Market Engagement Event. During this event, the FCDO will present its requirements, provide an overview of the proposed procurement process, and seek feedback from the market to help refine the requirement and ensure the resulting contract delivers best value for money, operational flexibility, reliable fuel availability, efficient fuel management, and high-quality service provision for BE Riyadh’s vehicle operation.

Highway and Street Lighting Maintenance Term Service Contract

Isle of Anglesey County Council is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to deliver a comprehensive Highway and Street Lighting Term Service Contract across the County under the NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC). The contract will provide routine, reactive, planned and emergency maintenance services for the highway network and street lighting assets. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to, carriageway and footway maintenance, drainage works, highway structures and associated assets, traffic management, winter maintenance support, street lighting maintenance, illuminated signs and bollards, electrical testing, energy management, column replacement, LED upgrades, emergency call-out services and other associated highway and lighting activities. The Contractor will be required to work collaboratively with the Council to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable services, whilst supporting the Council's objectives in relation to value for money, carbon reduction, social value, community benefits, the Welsh language, health and safety, and continuous improvement. The contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2027and will be awarded for a period of six (6) years, with no guarantee of minimum workload. The estimated total contract value over the six-year term is approximately £12 million.
PA23 UK2 - Athens Residence Refurbishment PME

1. The project is a major refurbishment of the HMA Residence in Athens. The value of works (contract sum) is anticipated to be in the region of £8.9m to £9.4m (including Greek VAT). 2. Summary of scope of works: Seismic strengthening works to the British Ambassador's Residence in Athens have been completed successfully and all original heritage features have been reinstated. Investigations during these works identified the need for a full replacement of the building services installations, and additional scope has been introduced by the Client, including a new commercial kitchen and local audiovisual systems. The Stage 4 design is being finalised and will incorporate all of these requirements ahead of the ITT being issued. The remaining scope comprises a major refurbishment of the residence, including repairs to internal walls, redecoration of internal rooms, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, installation of a new commercial kitchen, replacement of flooring throughout, full replacement of all MEP systems, fire safety improvements, installation of a new externally accessed lift, drainage works to separate foul and surface water systems, and roof replacement and solar PV install. All works will be undertaken with careful consideration of the heritage significance of the property. The objective is to deliver a high-quality diplomatic residence that is modern, compliant and resilient while preserving the character and significance of the historic building. The Contractor and any subcontractors utilised must demonstrate the capability and experience necessary to deliver the works in accordance with relevant UK standards and project-specific requirements to a high-quality finish. Further information on experience of delivering complex refurbishment projects in heritage, diplomatic or similarly sensitive environments will be helpful in supporting our understanding of the relevant capabilities of suppliers interested in this opportunity. 3. Provision of Skip Transport Services

The service requirements include for: - for the collection and return of 12 yardsᶾ waste/recycling skips owned by the Council from the various locations within the boundaries of the County Borough as may be directed by the Council, and subsequent transport for disposal/recycling to the Briton Ferry Waste Transfer Station (WTS), Briton Ferry, Neath, SA11 2HZ. - excess amounts of cardboard collected from the Council’s kerbside recycling service is transported for bulking and temporary storage, located in Tawe Terrace, Pontardawe. The contractor will be required to provide the required number of open topped ‘roll on-roll off’ skips of approximately 35 yardsᶾ capacity for the storage and transport of the cardboard in accordance with the service requirements. The service will run for three years, scheduled to commence from 1st October 2026.

Transport for Wales (TfW) is seeking a supplier to provide, implement and support a Contract Management System (CMS) to underpin the delivery of franchised bus services across Wales. The Welsh bus network currently comprises around 700 routes, tendered individually by local authorities within a deregulated market. On behalf of Welsh Ministers, TfW will transition this network to a franchised model by 2030, adopting a four-phase regional rollout (South West Wales, North Wales, South East Wales, Mid Wales). It is anticipated that approximately 120 total contracts will be let across those phases. Managing contracts of this number and complexity requires a single system that can scale with each phase, hold data and contractual obligations consistently across the whole network and support accurate performance and payment management. The central aim is to automate as much of the contract management process as possible, reducing manual intervention and minimising risk of error. The system is required to support five core contract management processes: Contract recording and general compliance Contract change Performance management (including an incentive and deduction regime) Operator payments Asset reporting/management for fleet and depots These processes will be supported by four key features: Contract register Performance management module (PMM) Payment performance calculator (PPC) Operator access portal The CMS must integrate with a range of TfW systems, in some cases through TfW middleware. A maximum of 7 integrations is anticipated for day one. A minimum of 150 licenses will be required once the network is fully franchised, comprising at least 30 internal TfW users and at least 120 external operator users, with tiered role-based-access controls. The supplier will also provide implementation, training for TfW teams and c.100 bus operators, and ongoing support and maintenance. Chiltern Railways - Compass System Replacement

Chiltern Railways is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to the potential procurement of one or more software solutions to replace its existing Compass system, which is due to become unsupported from December 2027. The anticipated requirement comprises three principal areas: Operational event and incident logging; Delay monitoring, analysis and reporting, including the receipt and processing of train performance data from Network Rail's TRUST system; and Performance action logging and tracking. Chiltern is seeking to understand whether these requirements are best delivered through a single end-to-end solution, separate modules or specialist systems integrated with one another. The outcome of this market engagement will help determine whether any future procurement is undertaken as a single contract, separate lots or separate procurement exercises. The anticipated scope of supply may include: Software licensing or subscription services; System hosting; Implementation, configuration and any required development; Migration of current and historical data from Compass; Integration with Chiltern and external systems, including TRUST; Testing and user acceptance support; Training and change-management support; Ongoing technical support, maintenance and system updates; and Backup, business continuity and disaster-recovery arrangements. The current system has approximately 329 named users. All 329 users have access to the Events module, approximately 289 have access to the Delays module and approximately 311 have access to the Action Tracking module. Of the 329 named users, 208 have logged into the system during 2026. A significant proportion of users require read-only access. Chiltern anticipates that the replacement solution will primarily be delivered as a hosted or software-as-a-service solution, although suppliers are invited to propose alternative delivery models where appropriate.
