A contract for provision of an Individual Placement and Support Services (IPS) for Residents who Access Drug and Alcohol Services in the City of Sunderland Council Area. The Sunderland IPS Scheme will be available to individuals of working age (16+), resident in the Sunderland area, who are engaged in structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol issues and are out of work. The 'structured treatment' can be provided by either a young person's community-based specialist substance use service; an adult's community-based specialist substance use service; or an 'all age' community-based specialist substance use service, (hereafter these services will be collectively referred to as 'specialist community drug and alcohol treatment services). The Scheme will provide bespoke 'packages' of support to assist service users into sustainable, paid employment.

West Midlands Violence Reduction Partnership is seeking to develop a hospital in-reach and community-based support service to children and young people, aged 11-25 years, in Birmingham. The delivery plan will include the following activity: Targeted hospital in-reach providing support to children and young people (CYP) who are admitted to hospital and still receiving treatment, to include Queen Elizabeth Hospital UHB as the Major Trauma Centre and Birmingham Heartlands Hospital. Tailored, holistic support and advocacy for 11 - 25-year-olds affected by serious violence and exploitation presenting to ED settings in Birmingham (Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham Heartlands Hospital), capitalising on the 'reachable moment' and offering support at a critical time of need. The Service will be primarily community-based, providing "in reach" support to Birmingham-based hospitals where required. Ensure the support offered is embedded in and adding value to any other relevant support the young person and their family may be receiving. The deadline for the application is 22nd June 2026 at 9am. The Authority will seek to engage a Technical Support Provider (TSP) to support delivery of the Vehicle Inspection Facility Upgrade Programme (VIFUP), a programmatic initiative to upgrade vehicle inspection facilities across the Defence estate. The overall programme is currently valued at approximately £110M. Delivery is expected to utilise a combination of existing contracts (e.g. PFIs and Regional Delivery frameworks) alongside the procurement of new contracts for major refurbishment works. The estimated value of these major refurbishments is approximately £35M, with potential for further increase, and projects are geographically distributed across the UK. The TSP will be required to provide multi-disciplinary support across the programme lifecycle. The anticipated scope of services includes: a. Assessment Studies b. Project Management Support c. NEC4 Administration d. Design e. Support to Procurement Activity f. Technical Support and Advice g. Support/Evidence to Full Business Case The Authority is currently considering procurement and packaging options for the TSP services. Potential approaches include: • A staged contracting model, with an initial contract for assessment studies followed by subsequent contracts for later RIBA stages; or • A single contract arrangement, incorporating optional services to be called off as the programme progresses • The potential to structure delivery on either a UK-wide basis or through regional lots, reflecting the geographical spread of the programme. The estimated value of the initial assessment studies is approximately £640K.

This procurement is for the provision of plumbing maintenance services and associated works for the British High Commission (BHC) Lusaka estate, covering both office and residential properties. The requirement is based on the Terms of Reference (ToR) and procurement plan, which define the scope, service standards, and performance expectations for a comprehensive plumbing maintenance contract. The objective is to ensure that all plumbing systems and infrastructure are safe, functional, compliant, and effectively maintained across the estate. Extent of Requirement The services will be delivered across 18 properties, including the BHC office, the High Commissioner’s Residence, Leopards Green Compound, and standalone houses. In line with the ambitions set out in the 10 Year Health Plan, NHS England is committed to strengthening participation and empowering young people and communities. The NHS Youth Forum provides an inclusive platform for young people to share lived experience, inform national policy, and influence healthcare services. The appointed supplier will be responsible for: • Delivering and managing the NHS Youth Forum; • Facilitating engagement, consultation, and longer-term research with CYP; • Supporting a diverse and representative membership; • Producing relevant content and outputs; • Coordinating attendance and support at in-person events; and • Enabling effective collaboration with NHS England, DHSC, and wider system partners. These activities ensure that CYP voices are actively heard, valued, and reflected in national programmes and priorities, including wider government engagement. Contract Term and Value The contract will be awarded for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year. The estimated contract value is up to £150,000 per annum (excluding VAT), with a maximum total value of £450,000 (excluding VAT) across the full contract term, including any extension. Any tender submission exceeding this maximum value will be rejected. The anticipated service commencement date is early October 2026.
