This procurement is for the provision of plumbing maintenance services and associated works for the British High Commission (BHC) Lusaka estate, covering both office and residential properties. The requirement is based on the Terms of Reference (ToR) and procurement plan, which define the scope, service standards, and performance expectations for a comprehensive plumbing maintenance contract. The objective is to ensure that all plumbing systems and infrastructure are safe, functional, compliant, and effectively maintained across the estate. Extent of Requirement The services will be delivered across 18 properties, including the BHC office, the High Commissioner’s Residence, Leopards Green Compound, and standalone houses. The system must be capable of optimising rail fares through advanced forecasting, dynamic pricing, business rules, and inventory management. It should leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and both historical and real-time data to dynamically align pricing with demand and maximise revenue generation. The solution must be scalable and modular, and capable of supporting a range of business operating models through a flexible combination of forecast-driven and rules-based revenue management approaches. It is anticipated that the aggregate value of call-off contracts awarded under the Framework Agreement will not exceed £50 million (excluding VAT) over its duration.

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and independent vehicle inspection provider to undertake inspection, audit and assurance services for its operational and support vehicle fleet. The successful contractor will provide independent quality assurance of vehicle maintenance services delivered under LFB's existing fleet maintenance contract. The service will include the inspection and auditing of vehicle condition, maintenance standards and repair quality, together with the identification of defects, recurring issues and fleet-wide trends. The fleet consists primarily of specialist emergency response and Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) operating across London. Inspections will be undertaken in accordance with applicable fire service fleet maintenance standards and industry best practice. Services will include detailed vehicle examinations, post-maintenance audits, defect reporting, performance monitoring and the provision of management information to support fleet oversight and continuous improvement. The contract will support LFB in maintaining high standards of vehicle safety, roadworthiness, reliability and contractor performance through a risk-based inspection and assurance approach. The proposed contract term is two (2) years with an option to extend for a further one (1) year.

The contract value of the RM6219 Learning and Training Services DPS has been uplifted by 50% (from £300m to £450m). This DPS was procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR), and will subject to limited regulations, in accordance with Regulations 74-76 PCR2015. Framework suppliers will work closely with the Communities, Consultation and Engagement Team who will commission, manage and review the work being carried out. Our partner organisations may also commission work on this framework from time-to-time. The work carried out must adhere to best practice and guidance principles (including, but not limited to the Consultation Gunning Principles, the Public Sector Equality Duty, WCAG 2.2 level AA guidance). It should be informed by the Combined Authority’s standards and approach to community consultation and engagement. The scope of the activities required is broad and may include delivery of full end-to-end consultation or engagement projects as well as small pieces of work that would contribute to a project’s design and development or be part of the analysis / supporting documentation. Examples of the types of activities are: • Consultation and Engagement Plans – supporting the development and design of plans to consult or engage large populations. Provision of a service for the recovery, removal and storage of light and heavy vehicles, motorcycles, and abandoned vehicles (excluding those for which the local council is responsible). This shall include, but is not limited to, broken-down, stolen, or collision-damaged vehicles of all classes, as well as motorcycles that are in breach of traffic regulations or causing obstructions on highways and motorways. The scope of work also includes the removal of burnt-out vehicles, vehicles used in criminal activity, vehicles recovered under the Police Reform Act 2002, and unlicensed or untaxed vehicles within the geographical boundary of Staffordshire, unless expressly stated otherwise. This includes the motorway network within the Staffordshire Police Force area, namely: • M6 (Junction 10a to Junction 16) • M54 (Junction 10a to the West Mercia border) • M6 Toll Road (throughout the Staffordshire Police area) The Contractor may also be required to recover vehicles from additional locations as directed, including Authority premises or areas outside Staffordshire Police jurisdiction. In addition to statutory recovery and removal duties, the Contractor may, upon request, be required to recover vehicles owned by the Authority and by Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
