Tunnel Segment Production Monitoring System copy

Sizewell C Limited

This project involves the manufacturing, transportation and installation of approximately 39000 precast concrete tunnel segments. The segments will be produced at Avonmouth tunnel precast factory, transported through a multi-modal logistics network (truck and train interfaces), stored across 4 facilities (TPF, Railhead, ACA and TLC), ultimately installed within three TBMs serving two intake tunnels and one outfall tunnel configuration. This operation requires complete end-to-end visibility from the moment a segment is cast until it is installed within the tunnel structure. Currently, critical gaps exist in reporting, quality traceability, inventory discrepancies, and segment tracking across the supply chain. A comprehensive traceability system is essential to manage the entire lifecycle, prevent installation errors, ensure quality compliance, eliminate segment duplication, and maintain supply chain transparency across all stakeholders.

Request for Information - External Digital Experience: CMS Discovery - 2026-3565-RFI-CMS Disc-DL-PST

UNIVERSITY OF MANCHESTER

The University is undertaking discovery work under the External Digital Experience (EDE) Programme. This RFI is intended to test the market before any formal procurement decision is made. It is not a tender and it does not commit the University to procure a solution or to follow a particular route. The purpose of this RFI is to gather supplier perspectives on a future Content Management System (CMS) and the implementation, migration, governance and operating model considerations that would support a more coherent external digital experience. The RFI is CMS-only. The University is not seeking CRM supplier proposals through this exercise. CRM should only be referenced where it relates to CMS integration, enquiry/form hand-off, campaign source tracking, consent capture, student journey data, or future interoperability. This RFI is intended to help the University: • understand credible CMS options available in the market, including traditional, headless, hybrid, composable or DXP-aligned approaches • test assumptions from CMS discovery, the EDE Strategy and the CMS Discovery Checklist • understand how suppliers would support content governance, structured content, publishing workflows, accessibility, IA, SEO, internal search, migration and editor experience • understand how a CMS could integrate with CRM and other systems without making CRM part of this RFI • obtain indicative views on delivery approach, sequencing, risks, University-side resourcing and cost drivers; • inform any subsequent CMS business case, procurement strategy, RFP/tender documentation and evaluation criteria. The University of Manchester no longer meets the criteria of a 'body governed by public law' and is therefore not considered a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and/or any replacement legislation. As a result, the University of Manchester will no longer be subject to the regime contained in The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and/or any replacemen

Regional Clean Energy Skills Coordination and Action Planning

ENTERPRISE CHESHIRE AND WARRINGTON

Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington (ECW), working alongside the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and the North West Net Zero Hub (NWNZH) is seeking to appoint an individual consultant or small group of consultants to oversee the implementation of the Clean Energy Skills Regional Action Plan (CESRAP), and in partnership with relevant neighbouring regions. The CESRAP brings together evidence from extensive stakeholder consultation, employer engagement, provider input, and regional modelling to identify where demand for clean energy skills is growing most quickly and where the provision is already strong. It identifies an urgent need to intervene in the skills ecosystem so that local people, employers, and their supply chains can develop the skills needed to benefit from the transition to clean energy to meet a significant increase in demand in 2030 and beyond. It sets out recommendations for local leaders and policymakers, proposals for a near-term programme of skills interventions, and a framework for long-term collaboration to enable joined-up local delivery of the Government's Clean Energy Jobs Plan . It is intended to be a practical, living framework that can guide immediate implementation, support regional collaboration, and adapt as policy, investment pipelines, and labour market conditions evolve. ECW is seeking consultancy support to implement the plan in the period up to March 31st, 2027. The work is funded by The North West Net Zero Hub. The consultant/s will need to identify one to two people who will be available to act as the Regional Lead for an agreed number of days per week, for the length of the project.

Request for Information (RFI) Exercise for Home Office Quality Assurance & Testing (QAT) Contracts

Home Office

The UK Home Office (referred to hereafter as the Authority) is seeking further input from prospective suppliers through a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in support of its planned Quality Assurance and Testing (QAT) procurements. The Authority currently has a number of contracts for QAT capability aligned to portfolios across the Home Office and is developing a future commercial strategy that is expected to consolidate these services into two core testing capability contracts by Autumn 2027. Following the Authority s recent supplier engagement event on 27th July, this RFI forms the next stage of pre-market engagement. The event provided an opportunity to introduce our objectives and gather initial market feedback. Building on the insights received, the Authority is now seeking more detailed information from suppliers to help refine its requirements, further develop its procurement strategy, and inform decisions regarding the future commercial and contracting approach. The Authority is particularly interested in supplier views and experience relating to procurement and delivery models, transition and mobilisation, commercial and performance management approaches, the use of innovation, automation and Artificial Intelligence, tooling and technical capabilities, support for SMEs, and experience of supporting organisations to transition towards product-centric delivery models and Quality Engineering practices. The exact scope, duration and value of the future contracts remains under development. However, the current expectation is that each contract will have a minimum term of three years, with a maximum spend of £150m (including any extensions). While the current intention is to compete these contracts through the GCA s Quality Assurance and Testing for IT Systems 2 Dynamic Purchasing System (RM6148), the Authority continues to assess its options and welcomes responses from all interested suppliers. This RFI is for information gathering purposes only and does no
