The Civil Service Policy Profession consists of around 38,500 civil servants making it the second largest profession in government. It has a presence across the regions and nations of the UK. The work of policy professionals has a profound impact on the lives of people across the country. Upskilling policy makers will mean they develop better policies that will deliver better outcomes for the public. The Policy Profession Unit, which is part of the Department for Education but works on behalf of policy professionals across government, has responsibility for overseeing the development of the Policy Profession. This includes building the skills and capability of individual policy makers at different stages of their careers. We are seeking to partner with higher education institution(s) to develop and deliver, from September 2027, accredited programme(s) at postgraduate level that build the skills and capabilities of UK civil servants in line with the Policy Profession Standards. Please note, this notice is not being used to signify the commencement of any competitive process and does not constitute any commitment by the Department for Education. The Department for Education will hold this contract, however the programme(s) must be accessible to all civil service departments. Funding estimates included within this notice are based off of historic student volumes and spending. Actual contract value will be determined by actual student volumes that will be funded by individual departments. The Department makes no commitment at this stage to the final funding envelope for contractual activity. Stop Smoking and Falls Prevention Services

The procurement of these services will be subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is planning to commission and procure countywide Stop Smoking and Falls Prevention services and is undertaking a pre‑market engagement exercise to inform this process. The Council is seeking to raise awareness of this forthcoming opportunity and to better understand the market’s views on a range of key issues. Feedback received will help shape the future commissioning approach, service delivery model, service specification, commercial arrangements, contract, and procurement process. As part of this engagement exercise, interested organisations are invited to complete a Market Engagement Questionnaire. There is no obligation to respond to all questions; however, contributions and the sharing of relevant knowledge and experience are warmly welcomed. Purpose of the Engagement To inform the future commissioning and procurement of two established public health services to ensure services continue to deliver effective, equitable outcomes across Lincolnshire whilst exploring opportunities to strengthen delivery through partnership working, innovation, and digital approaches, support improvements in population health and the reduction of health inequalities, recognising Lincolnshire’s geography, demography, and priority populations. While the Council intends to recommission the services with the core scope largely unchanged, feedback from this engagement will directly inform decisions on future delivery.

Essex Adult Community Learning (ACL) are seeking a comprehensive Management Information System tool to support the Council's ongoing ACL Transformation and Refresh programme. Essex ACL is undertaking this Preliminary market engagement notice (PME) to engage with potential suppliers to understand market capability and available solutions to help develop to Essex ACL's identified requirements and inform the procurement strategy. ACL is looking to understand more about the MIS tools that can provide the following outcomes: • Enhance learner tracking and performance • Adhere to DfE mandatory compliance checks and be auditable • Real time updates to allow rapid inclusion of new learners • Integrated reporting function built in to solution • Options for current and future integration with other ACL tools i.e. Scheduling • Up to date and user friendly interface for staff • Option for self registration by learners • Updated technology (current solution is 10 plus years old) Contract Dates (Estimated): The current contract expires 30th Sep 2027. We would require a period of parallel running to ensure quality so would look to ensuring at least 6 months overlap i.e. contract start of 30th March 2027. The General Practitioner is the co-ordinator of care for people with dementia and their family/carers. The Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Service work alongside, providing a co-ordinated and integrated approach to assessment diagnosis and treatment and are responsive to the requirements of primary care, providing specialist advice, ongoing support, and specialist interventions. The service assigns a dedicated dementia practitioner and advisor to each GP practice, and proactive touch points are maintained with individuals every six months. Holding individuals on its caseload from diagnosis through to end-of-life, The comprehensive model offers diagnostics support, care home support, proactive, in reach support and training plus a portfolio of groups and activities for people and their carers. The service also provides a well-utilised help and advice line The service also offers a wide range of support, including personalised care plans, regular assessments, and access to a variety of services such as occupational therapy, counselling, and social activities. The service also provides valuable information and advice to help individuals and their families navigate the complexities of dementia care. The base is permeable with the land running slightly to the ditch. We wouldn't anticipate any drainage being required.

The CCTV system forms a critical component of the University's security infrastructure and supports the work of the Security and Welfare team in monitoring incidents, assisting investigations and maintaining a safe campus environment. The preferred solution is Avigilon Unity Enterprise video management platform by Motorola. The appointed Supplier will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, configuration, commissioning and ongoing support of the new CCTV system across the University estate.
