Advocacy Service. The Council has a duty to offer an independent advocacy service to care experienced young people, children subject to a child protection plan and children in need. The main purpose is to empower and enable young people to have a voice by providing independent information, advice, support and advocacy. It provides a confidential opportunity to share information and concerns about their care or treatment, to be informed of their rights and be able to access independent representation. Advocacy should be led by the views, wishes of children and young people, and champion the rights and needs of children and young people. These measures must be implemented alongside relevant guidance including Effective Advocacy for Looked-After Children, Children in Need and Care Leavers 2023 and adapt to new guidance released. The Council also has a duty to provide independent advocacy to 16 and 17 year-old people who may be homeless and/or require accommodation. The service needs to provide independent advocacy to this cohort of young people so that they can make an informed decision about their accommodation. The Independent Visitor Service . Camden currently uses Hoxhunt as part of its cyber security and organisational resilience programme to improve staff awareness, reduce susceptibility to phishing attacks, and support compliance with cyber security best practice and regulatory obligations. The current contract expires on 16th July 2026 and the supplier will provide continuity of service, ongoing user licensing, platform support, reporting capability, and access to the latest platform functionality and threat simulation content.

Cadent Gas requires legal support services for debt and damage recovery covering two independent internal workstreams. Although these are two separate internal workstreams, the intention is to award the entirety of the service requirements to a single supplier to deliver both elements. Workstream 1 - Legal Support Services The portfolio of claims to be managed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: - Recovery of contractual sums - including claims related to Connection works, alterations, diversion works, and other operational services. - Theft of Gas Claims - pursued under the Gas Act 1986 and associated license obligations. - Recovery of Sums for Plant Protection Works. - Other miscellaneous invoices covering a range of services. - Recovery from Former Employees - where permitted under employment contract terms. This process uses SAP, which will be facilitated by the Cadent lead rather than access to the system. Additionally, there is a separate system for costings called Apperio which Cadent will facilitate access as required. Cadent would require the supplier support in defending claims brought by third parties, including small claims requiring urgent response and general litigation support (pre action engagement, pleadings, hearings, negotiation). The supplier must demonstrate strong litigation and recovery experience and provide full lifecycle management including merits assessment, litigation strategy, advocacy, ADR, enforcement, and management of both defended and undefended matters. They must maintain a robust case-management system, build strong working relationships, provide strategic advice, and deliver transparent invoices.The supplier must also offer informed, case specific advice to Cadent on how far each claim should be pursued, based on an evidence based assessment of the likelihood of recovery. To deliver DASP effectively, NHSBT has already undertaken, or is currently undertaking, separate procurement activity for key programme partners and the CRM Platform/Donor Platform. NHSBT is now commencing preliminary market engagement for the next phase of delivery, relating to the proposed appointment of a Technical Implementation Partner (TIP) and a Business Change Partner (BCP). The Technical Implementation Partner is expected to support the technical implementation of the selected CRM Platform/Donor Platform and associated digital ecosystem. This may include activities such as solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, transition, implementation governance, technical assurance and operational readiness. The Business Change Partner is expected to support the business change, adoption and operational transformation required to enable successful implementation of DASP. This may include activities such as stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, operating model design, communications, training, adoption planning, business readiness, benefits realisation and transition to business-as-usual. ORE Catapult require a structured feasibility study to assess the viability of creating a compelling and investible proposition for an Advanced Marine Technology Hub (AMTecH). The Plymouth based facility comprising quayside space for launch and recovery and waterside or inland space for workshops, classrooms, collaboration space, manufacturing facilities will be designed to rapidly grow UK marine autonomy capability, supply chain expertise and export capability across sectors primarily for offshore wind and as an enabler for dual innovation with other sectors including maritime, and defence. Complementing existing facilities in the region by delivering commercial research and development, volume manufacture, test and validate platforms, sensors, and robotics for offshore asset inspection, environmental data collection and long range subsea and surface surveillance. The hub will have the capacity to support development of future +30metre craft to support offshore renewables installation, operations, and maintenance. Preferred sites will be down selected by AMTecH partners in late 2026 who will then need expert advice on the challenges to develop those sites and budgetary estimates of development costs/ planning costs/ license costs, to inform the investment proposal which must be ready by mid 2027. Cornwall Council, on behalf of the joint authorities (Cornwall Council and Plymouth City Council), is re-procuring the supply of ferry chains for Tamar Crossings Ltd. in anticipation of the expiry of the current contract. The Torpoint Ferry operates three floating bridges, each requiring two 655m studless open link chains for propulsion and guidance across the Tamar Estuary. Chains are typically replaced every three years to meet operational requirements and Lloyd’s Register wear tolerances, though actual replacement timing may vary based on wear. This procurement covers the supply of four pairs of main chains and an additional 150m of tunnel chain for connection to counterweight gantries. Delivery is required to site under DDP Incoterms, flaked out on flatbed lorries and preserved for tidal storage. Suppliers must also manage the collection and disposal of used chains, returning any scrappage value (less admin fees) to Tamar Crossings.
