The Delivery of a Digital Assessment to Action Programme for Winchester District Businesses

The council is seeking a local delivery partner to provide ten local (micro or small) businesses with a digital assessment that evaluates their current digital capability across key operational and commercial areas. This delivery partner must be local to the Winchester district due to the need to complete the majority of this programme in person. The assessment will be followed by a structured action plan, prioritising immediate improvements alongside longer-term strategic opportunities. Digital assessment pathway: 1. Digital assessment: each business to be assessed in-person to establish baseline digital capability across key operational and commercial areas. 2.Tailored digital action plan: findings from the assessment are translated into a practical action plan, including prioritised recommendations, signposting to relevant support, introductions and funding opportunities where appropriate. (Provided within two weeks of the assessment date). 3. One-to-one digital support: businesses can receive up to four hours of tailored one-to-one digital support, focused on implementing priority actions (level of support dependent on complexity and need). 4.Progress check with each business: a check-in to review progress against the action plan, address barriers and refine next steps if required. 5.Final review and close with each business: a final review to summarise progress, capture outcomes and impact and formally close the support. If continued support is required, signposting to further support is essential. 6.Final report to the council of project summary: A full final programme report will be required at the end of the project. Including, business names, location, size of businesses, summary of assessments and their action plans and recommendations. The designs of the existing glazing systems for this diverse range of vehicles are in various states of completeness and, even if complete, often specify obsolete standards and materials. Most of the incompleteness arises from the proprietary nature of the designs of the glazing, frames and seals, the design of which was often outsourced by the original train builders. London Underground (LU) passenger rail vehicles vary in age from 53 years old (1972 Tube Stock on the Bakerloo line) to 11 years old (S7 Stock on the District line). Some LU engineering vehicles are even older, with the tunnel cleaning train being converted 1938 Tube Stock (87 years old). The designs of the existing glazing systems for this diverse range of vehicles are in various states of completeness and, even if complete, often specify obsolete standards and materials.

The Council requires equipment to be of durable, low-maintenance construction and not timber-based. The anticipated contract value is approximately between £70,000-£85,000 excluding VAT. Utilities) & IEP Depot Temp. / Permanent Road & Retaining Wall Scope of Works: Working in partnership with HS2, the BBVS Joint Venture is responsible for the final design, construction, and commissioning of the HS2 Old Oak Common station in West London. The station is the London interchange station of the UK's second high-speed railway. It will be located on the site of the now demolished Old Oak Common Railway Depot, bounded by the Crossrail Depot to the north, the London Overground West London line to the east, the Intercity Express Programme Depot to the south and Old Oak Common Lane to the west. HS2, Great Western Main Line (GWML), Crossrail and Heathrow Express services will be served by the new Old Oak Common Station. HS2 Old Oak Common Station will provide a state-of-the-art gateway to London and the wider area, with efficient intermodal interchange with rail, taxi, cycle and pedestrian modes.
