Bristol NHS Foundation Trust (BFT) intends to conduct a tender for a Measured Term Contract (MTC) across the following disciplines: • Mechanical • Electrical • Painting & Decorating • Building work • Fire Doors • Flooring The proposed route to market is via an Competitive Flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23). Appointed suppliers will deliver services across multiple sites within the City & Weston Hospital Operating Unit (CWHOU) and Southmead Hospital Operating Unit (SHOU). The anticipated contract term will be 60 months, with the option for two further periods of 12 months each, giving a maximum potential contract duration of 84 months. The procurement will be divided in lots, as outlined above. The Trust is currently considering the option to award to two or more suppliers each for the Mechanical, Electrical and Building Work lots, with allocation of work between successful suppliers being determined in advance and in accordance with the methodology and criteria set out with the Invitation to Tender (ITT). Suppliers are invited to express their interest and provide feedback on the proposed procurement approach by responding to this UK2 Notice using the contact details provided within. 2026 - Aberdeen City Council - Dual Sensory Support Service

Aberdeen City Council has a requirement for the provision of a fully accessible dual sensory service across Aberdeen City for adults aged 16 and over. The duration of this contract is from 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2024, with two potential one-year extensions. The Service shall offer support to individuals who have a range of issues relating to sight and hearing impairment and it shall also extend to the families and/or carers of Supported People. The Service shall also seek to raise public awareness around issues relating to sensory loss, train and educate professionals, as well as influence planning decisions to improve accessibility. It is envisaged that the Service will provide varying levels of support, ranging from intensive support, for example, social work assessments, to low level, for example, newsletters. Interventions may be required at short notice and on an ad hoc basis therefore the service to people with a sensory loss needs to be responsive to need. The Service Provider will also maintain a register of visually impaired people on behalf of the Council.

The purpose of this engagement is solely to gather information and assess market capability to help determine whether outsourcing terminal security provision may be a suitable option for DSA in the future.
