Please read on for further details." The Children and Families service in the London Borough of Hackney plans to engage with organisations from the voluntary, community, and independent sectors throughout this year to shape the procurement of a Framework for Disabled Children's Services in 2026. This market engagement is in preparation for the upcoming procurement. The services will be categorised into 5 separate Lots: Home and Community Based Outreach Support Services delivering personalised support both in the family home and enabling disabled children to access their local community, facilities and services. This includes support to access and use universal services offered to all children and young people. Specialist Outreach Support Offer a structured program of social, recreational, and developmental activities suitable for children with a wide range of disabilities, including severe learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. Provide specialist support for children with complex health needs, including those, mobility assistance, increased supervision and monitoring, or behavior management strategies . Group Based Support - group activities will include age appropriate social activities that will take place either within specially designed provision for disabled children and/or through outings and support to access universal activities, facilities and services. This will include Holiday Play Schemes, Weekend activities and After School/Evening activities. Domiciliary Care - services delivering personal care for disabled children in their own homes. This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in order to inform the market of NHS England South West's, (the Commissioner's) intention to commission HIV treatment services in Wiltshire. Currently, HIV services are commissioned through a collaborative arrangement with Wiltshire Council as part of an integrated service with sexual health services. The integrated service will be in place up to 31st March 2027. From 1st April 2027 the services are likely to be commissioned separately with Wilshire Council commissioning sexual health services and NHSE commissioning HIV services. At this stage, NHS England would like to understand the level of interest from providers in delivering HIV treatment services across Wiltshire. Services must be delivered in line with the national service specification: https://www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/New-HIV-prescribed-service-specification-version-4.4.pdf The Contract term is expected to be for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years, commencing 1st April 2027. The (indicative) annual contract value is expected to be £235,648; however final budgets are to be confirmed. For information: drugs costs are paid for separately during the life of the contract as a pass through cost. This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central & West (SCW) on behalf of the commissioners. SCW is currently subject to restructuring, and the management of this procurement may therefore move to a successor at some point during the procurement process. Participants will be informed of any such change, and any administrative changes because of it.

This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of Thames Valley Integrated Care Board (ICB), (the Commissioner's), intention to commission a Placenta Accreta Spectrum (PAS) service in line with the national service specification, for the Thames Valley geographical area. The service specification can be found at: https://www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/1652-aip-service-specification.pdf The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering this specialised service. The PAS service will provide specialist multidisciplinary maternity care for women at increased risk of Placenta Accreta Spectrum, delivered through designated specialist PAS centres operating as part of a regional network arrangement across the South East. The provider for the Thames Valley geographical area will be expected to work collaboratively with providers delivering PAS services across the other South East geographical areas and with local maternity services to ensure safe, effective and coordinated pathways of care. While the service is commissioned primarily to meet the needs of the Thames Valley population, it is recognised that there may be a requirement to accept referrals from outside the geographical area. As the service becomes established, geographical boundaries may be reviewed in partnership with relevant service providers. The contract will be for an initial duration of five years (60 months) with an optional extension of up to two years (2 x 12 months). The approximate expected annual allocation of funding for the Thames Valley geographical area has been based on anticipated patient flow and incidence of complex PAS and is estimated at £283,500 per year, with an anticipated five year total value of £1,417,500. This exercise is being carried out by NHS England South East, with procurement support from NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
