South East Technological University invites suitably qualified Consultant Teams to tender for Project Manager Led Project Controls Team (PCT) Consultancy Services (Lot 2) associated with the development of a new "One Health" building. The project includes the development of a circa 10,100M² academic science building and is located on the former Waterford Crystal site (now known as “Glassworks Campus”) on the Cork Road, Waterford. On foot of this procurement procedure South East Technological University (the ‘ Contracting Authority’) seeks to award a Contract for the provision of Lot 2 Project Manager Led Project Controls Team (PCT) via a two stage, restricted competition for the proposed One Health Project (the 'Project'). Further details regarding the project are set out within the SAQ documents attached to this notice. The Project Information Memorandum (PIM) should be read in conjunction with the QC2-Part 1 and 2, and the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical). Responses must be submitted via the electronic postbox available on www.etenders.gov.ie by the response deadline. Only responses submitted to the electronic postbox will be accepted. Dublin. The Works includes for the demolition of the single-storey garages fronting onto Clonard Street, the single and two-storey rear return extension elements of the existing house and the outbuilding in the rear garden; and the refurbishment, conversion and extension of the existing house (NB the existing house is a Protected Structure - RPS No. 0039) to provide for the proposed units, staff and support facilities that will act as crisis domestic violence accommodation. The house will be refurbished to provide entrance area and staff / support facilities. Single and two-storey extensions are proposed to the east and south of the house to accommodate the proposed emergency independent living units and various support spaces. Bus Éireann intends to procure low emission coaches and schools buses, and where possible zero-emission coaches with low environmental impact in compliance with the latest EURO VI Regulation. The vehicles will comply, as appropriate, with the EPA’s guidelines on road transport vehicles and the European Communities (Clean and Energy Efficient Road Transport Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. To be considered for inclusion on a Qualification Panel(s), applicants must complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) providing relevant details in relation to the criteria set out below for assessment. It is envisaged that this qualification system will be used to either purchase and or lease during the five-year term of the Qualification System. Economic operators apply once to qualify onto the panel by providing details of their financial and technical capacity against predefined published Selection Criteria within a PQQ. The Qualification Panel for the Purchase and or Lease of Buses and Coaches will be broken down in to sub categories called Lot 1 – Purchase of Buses and Coaches, and Lot 2 – Lease of Buses and Coaches. Economic operators can apply for the Lot(s) that best reflect their commercial operations. Economic operators must complete a PQQ for the Lot(s) that they wish to qualify to. Only economic operators who satisfy the selection criteria of each individual Lot will qualify on to that Lot. After the initial advertisement, the panel must be advertised annually for the duration of the panel (5 years) to continually inform the market place of its existence. Economic Operators can apply to qualify on to the panel, throughout the duration of the panel. Economic Operators who are already qualified to the panel can also amend their application at any interval should their financial or technical capacity or capability change. Qualifying onto a panel does not guarantee any work and/or contracts to a supplier. There is no obligation to use the Qualification Pane
