The Contracting Authority also procures IT equipment for our OT environment and other IVAR operations. This is not included in this tender contest.

Norway – Architectural design services – Centre for Jon Fosse, Strandebarm in Hardanger

The planning and design competition concerns a new mediation building for Jon Fosse, and the competition starts with an open prequalification, where the participants shall submit a "Concept sketch for the Fosse Centre" (up to three A3 pages, anonymously). The jury will choose up to three proposals that go on to the actual planning and design competition. The competition will be open for architects and landscape architects with certified exams equivalent to masters, or persons and companies who can document equivalent competence. All information about this design contest is in the tender documentation. Jon Fosse is a world-renowned writer who is translated into more than seventy languages. In 2023 he was awarded the Parliamentary Literature Prize for "innovation drama and prose as a voice for the non-fiction doctor" (from the Swedish Academy ́s justification). Now the plan is to build a centre for dissemination of Jon Fosse's writings, at Tangerås in Strandebarm, where he grew up. The landscape here is what he refers to as his "innermost" landscape, and it plays an important role in the understanding of the artistry. The centre shall take care of and strengthen the connection between Fosse's art, New Norwegian language and the landscape in Strandebarm and facilitate new cultural expression with national and international relevance. The public shall be able to experience performing arts, music and exhibitions, at the same time as there is room for reflection with view to the fjord. The new building shall maintain high architectural quality and, in collaboration with the landscape, mirror Fosse's artistry, while contributing to a rich and diverse cultural life. Fossestiftinga is behind the development of the Jon Fosse Centre, and the Norwegian Architects' National Association has been chosen as an adviser throughout the entire competition process.

Vygruppen has initiated the OneTrack project (previously called Close the Gap) to procure and implement future system support for production planning and traffic management of passenger trains. The OneTrack project has selected key parts of the tender documentation for review and invites potential suppliers to provide input on these topics. The purpose of the review is to enable the OneTrack project to clarify, improve, and refine the procurement documents ahead of the announcement of the procurement, which is planned for the second half of 2026. Suppliers are encouraged to provide open and honest feedback, particularly regarding topics or elements that may be significant cost drivers or present challenges. The objective of the tender enquiry is to establish a framework agreement for software licences for software management, including consultancy, assistance and support. A framework agreement shall be signed with a dealer. Information is defined that some contracting authorities can have separate overlapping agreements for consultancy services. Furthermore, it is emphasised that the procurement of business systems such as finance systems, personnel systems, logistics systems and service-heavy applications within teaching (LMS, Digital Exams, etc.) etc. is not included in this agreement. Microsoft licences, Oracle, SAP are not included in this contract. Businesses will be free to hold separate competitions for software where they assess that the extent is so large or complex that it dictates a separate competition. A more detailed description of the delivery is in the requirement specifications in addition to the contract.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency administers, operates and develops properties, buildings and sites for the Norwegian Defence. This also includes rock installations, tunnels, rock rooms, rock cuttings and landslides. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency access to qualified and experienced tenderers for implementing rock protection measures and clearing rock. The framework agreement includes planned and acute measures within rock protection, including manual and mechanical clearing, securing work in steep terrain, assembly of bolts, the network and other safety measures, as well as the accompanying work. The agreement shall ensure quick mobilisation as needed, especially in events that could jeopardise life, health or damage to material and structures. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency shall achieve predictability in terms of capacity, competence, quality and cost efficient execution of work through the framework agreement. The contract shall facilitate good interaction, compliance with the current laws and regulations, as well as safeguarding health, safety and the environment requirements. The framework agreement will be nationwide. The framework agreement will be valid for 3 (three) years, with an option for an extension for a further 2 (two) times for 2(2) + 2 (three) years. The framework agreement includes, among other things, rock protection planned and acute assignments within: FjellrenskFjellsikring and rock fall protection Tunnel protection and rock reinforcement Inspection and condition assessment Renovation of the existing safety stand-by in connection with landslides and acute events Execution of production basis such as work drawings etc.

The four road traffic centres VTS South, VTS West, VTS Mid and VTS North currently have their own Xprotect Corporate CarePlus license agreement, which expires 31.05.26 for VTS South, 30.06.26 for VTS West, 31.07.26 for VTS Mid and 30.09.26 for VTS North. Based on imminent expiry of these agreements, an extension of existing maintenance of xprotect Corporate Care Plus licences must be extended. The aim is to establish a joint contract for the four VTS with joint expiry dates, but with four separate SLC's. The four road traffic centres currently have approx. 10,050 cameras combined that use Xprotect Corporate CarePlus. The agreements must take into account that the number of cameras can be changed. The procurement includes an option for upgrading to Milestone Care Premium.

The Ministries Digitalisation Organisation, hereafter called DIO, invites tenderers to a market dialogue on life cycle management of PCs and mobile telephones. About the Contracting Authority DIO was established 01.01.2025 and is the ministries' digitalisation organisation, under the Ministry of Digitalisation and Management. Our assignment is to strengthen the government and the ministries' ability to solve complex social assignments through secure technology, digitalisation and innovation. DIO delivers and operates a joint ICT platform and is responsible for, among other things, user service, digital communication channels such as regjeringen.no and intranet systems, archiving and case processing system, standardised digital interaction rooms, courses and training, event and media production. Current situation DIO is currently procuring and administering PCs for parts of the ministry community that are connected to the current joint ICT platform.
