The panel will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of transmission projects across substations, transmission lines and cables, protection and automation, and telecommunications, and work alongside Transpower’s in house engineers and project teams to shape solutions from concept through to construction and commissioning.
Biosecurity New Zealand X-Ray Replacement Project

Ministry for Primary Industries – Manatū Ahu Matua (MPI) is to procure a new X-Ray Biosecurity Screening Equipment and Support Services solution. MPI requires an X-Ray 2D Dual View solution that is fit for purpose and is future proofed and flexible to meet our business requirements and future increase of demand. Border Clearance Services (BCS) require this project to deliver an x-ray solution that meets the needs of current and future operational and biosecurity settings of each International Airport. The objectives of the X-Ray Replacement Project will be to coordinate and support activities required to replace the end-of-life fleet of x-ray scanners at NZ International Airports. This will contribute to BCS ability to ensure a high performing biosecurity system is maintained in the passenger pathway, and that it provides good value for money. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a major New Zealand border initiative. You will contribute to the protection of NZ from pests, diseases and biosecurity threats.

New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking a contractor with experience and expertise in delivering CCTV servicing, maintenance, repairs, equipment supply, installation, and technical support to provide reliable, compliant, and fit‑for‑purpose CCTV operations across both the City Safe network and NPDC facility camera assets in order to ensure continuous system performance, minimise downtime, and support public safety and security outcomes. Our overall objectives include maintaining CCTV assets to a high operational standard, ensuring timely response and repair, supplying suitable equipment, and providing consistent reporting, communication, and technical capability aligned with NPDC requirements. We are looking for a contractor with: 1) Proven experience in delivering similar-scale services. 2) Strong management skills and ability to work within tight timeframes 3) Excellent health and safety practices, particularly regarding public safety in an operational environment 4) Ability to work collaboratively with council and police staff 5) Commitment to delivering high-quality work and skills in placement, retention, cabling & network security fundamentals. 6) Compliance with the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act (PSPPIA). 7) Working knowledge of the Privacy Act 2020, Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) for surveillance and chain of custody expectations for evidential footage. 8) Technical competency in Milestone and familiarity with Axis equipment.
