Waikato Waters' shareholding councils will provide billing and customer functions on behalf of Waikato Waters from 1 July 2026 for a period of up to 3 years under post transfer arrangements. The intent is for Waikato Waters to commence the transition of those services across to Waikato Waters starting with Billing and related Customer Management capability. We are looking for a supplier to provide a greenfield Billing and Customer Management (BCM) solution and related services, including solution establishment and ongoing services to Waikato Waters in readiness for operational go-live of Waikato Waters customer billing prior to 1 July 2027 (BCM Day One) with future implementation of broader customer management capabilities over time. Waikato Waters is looking for suppliers to propose an approach to being production ready on the billing and related customer management solution being procured under this ROI prior to BCM Day One. This will allow time to stabilise the solutions prior to BCM Day One. In doing so we require suppliers to outline their expected implementation approach, timeline and any risks to that implementation that Waikato Waters should consider. If the supplier does not believe BCM Day One is achievable, please outline what is achievable in terms of: - Minimum scope achievable by BCM Day One; or - A later BCM Day One and deliverable scope.

The service will be developed and delivered in partnership with Health NZ and key stakeholders, ensuring strong integration across the mental health and addiction continuum. Health NZ is seeking experienced providers with established capability in mental health and addiction peer support, and the ability to design and implement services that are culturally responsive, sustainable, and aligned with local population needs. This procurement presents an opportunity to play a leading role in shaping innovative, community-based acute care responses, with lived experience embedded across service design and delivery. With rapid regional growth expected to push peak loads beyond network limits, this RFP forms part of Transpower’s approved programme to defer or replace major transmission investment while maintaining reliability and value for consumers. Aerial Surveillance and Related Services

To appoint a specialist fixed wing charter service, including crewed aircraft and logistical support to Customs to conduct aerial surveillance activities out up to 200 nautical miles from New Zealand coastlines. A capable platform that is able to provide Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) that supports Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) to the Government sector. The ISR requires flights at a certain frequency to maintain MDA and mobilisation of flights that need to happen when intelligence is received. The ISR for MDA needs to occur at least every two weeks at a minimum, of 5 hours per flight. Additionally, unscheduled flights (24 hours' notice) of perhaps, 30 hours per annum. Although the preference is 150 hours per annum. To enable Customs to safeguard New Zealand from risk and harm by preventing the importation of prohibited substances and prohibited goods through robust investigation and enforcement activities at and beyond the border.

Crisis Recovery Cafés are community-based, non-clinical services that provide accessible, early intervention support for people experiencing mental health and/or addiction-related distress. The services are designed to offer a safe, welcoming, and recovery-oriented environment, providing an alternative pathway to Emergency Department presentations where appropriate. This procurement is a single-stage, open Request for Proposal (RFP). While the overall service model and core requirements are consistent across all districts, each district has specific local requirements, contexts, and service delivery considerations. Respondents may submit proposals for one or more districts; however, a separate response is required for each district applied for. Evaluation will be undertaken at a district level, and contracts may be awarded independently. Health NZ is seeking providers with demonstrated capability in delivering peer support services within the mental health and addiction sector. Providers must be able to establish services within required timeframes and work collaboratively with local stakeholders, including Hospital and Specialist Services, Emergency Departments, Police, and community providers. Services must be peer-led, culturally responsive, and aligned with the Consumer, Peer Support and Lived Experience (CPSLE) workforce competencies.
