Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The midterm evaluation of the PE4DW Egypt project will assess relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact orientation, and sustainability (OECD DAC criteria), as well as cross-cutting themes including social dialogue, labour standards, and digitalisation. The evaluation will cover the period from the project’s start date (June 2024) and focus on Robbiki Leather City and Shaq Al Tho’ban. The evaluator will review sector diagnostics, governance structures (Project Steering Committee and Technical Working Groups), SCORE training results, and early enterprise-level changes. Methods include desk reviews, key informant interviews (with project team, donors, national partners, government, employers, and workers), focus group discussions with beneficiary enterprises, and field visits. Deliverables comprise an inception report draft and final evaluation reports (in English and Arabic), a 3–4 page executive summary, and a PowerPoint presentation. The evaluation is scheduled for Q2 2026. The UNFCCC secretariat is seeking qualified vendors to provide a modern, SaaS-based Headless CMS service as part of its transition to a multi-channel, API-first, AI-ready microservices architecture for its public-facing digital channels. The Headless CMS service is intended to support evolving UNFCCC digital service delivery requirements across web, mobile and related communication channels as part of a broader integrated ecosystem. Content shall be exposed exclusively through well-documented, secure, and scalable APIs, with no assumptions about specific front-end frameworks or presentation layers. Indicative scope includes the SaaS subscription, content delivery via APIs (REST and/or GraphQL), structured content modelling, multilingual content support across the six UN languages plus additional event-specific locales, enterprise-grade security including SSO integration with Microsoft EntraID, support arrangements covering UNFCCC business hours and event-driven peak periods, and consumption-based pricing across baseline, peak load and full adoption scenarios. Participation in this solicitation is open exclusively to legally registered companies with demonstrated experience providing enterprise SaaS-based Headless CMS services. Proposals from individual contractors or sole proprietorships will not be considered. The anticipated contract term is three years from contract signature, with the option for up to two one-year extensions (3+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance and continued requirement. The Contract duration is one (1) year of initial period plus two (2) extensions of one(1) year each. Connectivity UNDOF requires high-speed, dedicated, and symmetrical bandwidth internet services. The service provider is asked to provide information and a quotation based on the existing capacity of one (1st) physically separate 300/300 Mbps symmetrical (same up/download bandwidths) for UNIFIL use and second (2nd ) physical separate 500 /500 Mbps symmetrical ( same up/download bandwidth to UNDOF use at the UNDOF HQ Camp Ziouani, 33°6'27.42"N, 35°48'56.1"E to the main server room with redundancy through different path profile In addition to the required capacities, the service provider is asked to provide information and a quotation for an optional capacity upgrade of the required circuit from 300/300 Mbps to 500/500 Mbps and 500/500 Mbps symmetrical (same up/download bandwidths) to 700 /700 Mbps, and to downgrade the services to lower 150/150 Mbps and 300 /300 Mbps capacities. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), located in Bangkok, Thailand, is conducting a market assessment to better understand currently available Managed Print Services (MPS) and Pay-to-Print service models suitable for a multi-agency international office environment. ESCAP currently supports approximately 30 United Nations agencies and entities located within the ESCAP compound in Bangkok, with an estimated annual printing volume of approximately 800,000 pages. Through this Request for Information (RFI), ESCAP seeks to better understand current market offerings, operational models, service approaches, and indicative pricing structures for enterprise managed printing environments. This RFI is intended solely for information gathering and planning purposes. ESCAP is interested in learning how vendors currently deliver and manage similar services for organizations with comparable operational environments and printing volumes.
