Rammeavtale for elektroniske hylleetiketter (ESL) til Sykehusapotekene
Sykehusapotekene HF
Anskaffelsens formål er å tildele en rammeavtale til en leverandør med sikte på å innføre elektroniske hylleetiketter («electronic shelf labels», forkortet til ESL) i alle apotekutsalg i SAHF. Vårt mål med slik rammeavtale er å dekke behov for produkter og tjenester som støtter en pilotering og gradvis utrulling av et system for ESL, inkl evt behov for hylleforkanter. De tre andre norske sykehusapotek-foretakene skal ha rett til å tiltre rammeavtalen. Oppdragsgiver for denne konkurransen er Sykehusapotekene HF (SAHF). SAHF er et helseforetak heleiet av Helse Sør Øst RHF, og har pr i dag apotekutsalg på 20 lokasjoner. Plasseringen av disse finnes på denne nettsiden www.sykehusapotekene.no/steder/Anskaffelsen ledes av seksjon Innkjøp og logistikk i samarbeid med fag- og prosjektavdelingen på hovedkontoret til SAHF i Oslo. De tre øvrige sykehusapotekforetakene skal ha anledning til å avrope på denne rammeavtalen. Disse har andre ERP-systemer, men alle SA-ene har samme reseptur og butikkdatasystem (ORION). Det er også forventet at alle SA-foretakene vil ha en felles nasjonal netthandelsløsning med en sentral PIM-løsning. En tiltredelse fra et annet SA-foretak enn SAHF kan medføre behov for kjøp av tjenester fra leverandør for å tilpasse løsningen til en noe annen IKT arkitektur. De øvrige tre regionale SA-foretakene har pr i dag 17 apotekutsalg til sammen. Varighet er satt til 4 + 2 + 2 år begrunnet med at det er mange apotek som skal fase inn systemet fordelt på flere faser og mange lokasjoner i hele Norge.

Alta kommune innbyr til åpen tilbudskonkurranse for inngåelse av rammeavtale for kjøp av møbler og inventar til skole -og barnehage. Formålet er å etablere en rammeavtale med møbelleverandør som sikrer tilgang på miljøvennlige møbler av høy kvalitet, med fokus på bærekraft og som har lang levetid. Produktene som tilbys skal ha god funksjonalitet og brukervennlighet, og være egnet til de offentlige virksomhetene som omfattes av denne avtalen. Videre må produktene ha et rent og tidløst design som passer inn i et hvert arbeidsmiljø. Produktene skal være universelt utformet, dvs. at produktene til alminnelig bruk skal utformes slik at alle mennesker skal kunne bruke dem. Videre skal produktene ha god ergonomi og komfort. Avtalen skal gjelde i 2 år, med mulighet for prolongering med ett år av gangen i ytterligere to år.
