The Tenderer should be aware that the works detailed in this package are constrained due to the nature of the location they are to be conducted in. Project location- HM Naval Base Portsmouth The Contractor shall be expected to adhere by the HMNB site security requirements, all Contractors and Sub-Contractors shall be BPSS security vetted and will be required to hold the relevant site security passes. The Contractor shall be expected to hold the following levels of insurance £10m Public Liability, £10m Product Liability, £5m Professional Indemnity. KBS Maritime - Introduction KBS Maritime is a joint venture between KBR and BAE Systems, bringing together two global players with a rich heritage of delivering excellence, innovation and reliability. The joint venture will combine the expertise of KBR as a global leader in infrastructure asset management and services with BAE Systems experience and capability within Portsmouth Naval Base. KBS Maritime are delivering an ambitious, modern and enduring change to the Portsmouth Naval base infrastructure, securing investment in the local community and ensuring fit-for-purpose, world-leading fleet support for the Royal Navy and the UK in the decades ahead. Project Background KBS Maritime has a requirement for penstock replacements at B Lock within Portsmouth Naval Base. The project consists of 10 in number replacement penstocks in 6 chambers overall. The penstock system controls sea water via a culvert system between the harbour, the basin and the dry docks. These include levelling penstocks of circa 8 metres deep to drainage penstocks circa 18 metres deep. The replacement programme will replace the current cast irons doors with new with specification to be agreed along with the associated shafts, wedges, door nut, brackets, platforms, ladders and actuation and road plates. This project is due to commence in Q4 2026 with all to be replaced by Feb 2030. Contractors must be able to demonstrate design, manufacture and installation

The objective of this Procurement Process is to establish an Open Framework Agreement for the provision of Ventilation Design & Build services to Yorkshire Water's Capital Delivery team for an initial term of four (4) years. This Open Framework Agreement is intended to be the nominated route for Yorkshire Water to procure capital ventilation works and associated services throughout the duration of the agreement. The framework may be reopened during its term in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 to allow additional suppliers to apply for appointment to the framework. Successful suppliers appointed to the Framework will work alongside Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) in the delivery of capital ventilation projects across operational clean water and wastewater sites. Scope: The provision of ventilation systems and associated capital works, including: • Full design, supply and installation of new ventilation systems • Refurbishment, replacement and upgrades of existing ventilation systems • Turnkey solutions including design, construction, installation and commissioning • Odour control and hazardous area ventilation solutions • Mechanical and electrical integration works associated with ventilation systems • Testing, commissioning, performance verification and handover • Associated decommissioning and replacement of ventilation assets The scope relates to process ventilation systems used within operational and hazardous environments and is not limited to general building ventilation (HVAC). This may include ventilation systems associated with treatment processes, chemical dosing, sludge handling, odour control and confined space environments. Scotland's Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Framework

The purpose of this contract notice is for the procurement of the Scotland’s Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Framework (SPSHD) previously known as the Non Domestic Energy Efficiency (“NDEE”) Framework for public sector estate improvement works. This procurement will follow a two stage Restricted Procedure: suppliers will first complete an SPD, and shortlisted suppliers will then be invited to submit a full tender at the ITT stage. The Framework, which the Scottish Government will manage, will cover building energy retrofit in its broadest sense including a combination of building fabric, building environmental services systems and their control (e.g. heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, water etc.), on site renewables, and the potential to connect to district heating systems. It will enable public sector bodies wishing to take forward energy retrofit projects to use (or ‘call off) the Framework and run mini-competitions with suppliers appointed to it to deliver those projects. In addition, the Scottish Government will incorporate the decarbonisation of heating systems into the Framework to meet strategic objectives around net zero. In addition to the delivery of works as part of energy retrofit projects, public sector bodies may require framework suppliers to deliver ancillary services. For example, at call-off stage, Economic Operators may be expected to demonstrate their capability to operate and maintain the technology they install. This could include ongoing maintenance or technical support; however, such services will be subject to Framework Public Bodies' needs and may not be required for every project. Where these services are necessary, suppliers may be requested to provide them directly or alternatively through an approved subcontractor, with responsibility for quality and performance remaining with the primary contractor. The Framework will have one lot, comprising multiple framework suppliers each able to deliver energy efficiency works and service
