Het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) is de vastgoedbeheerder van het Rijk en draagt onder andere zorg voor de instandhouding van het defensievastgoed. Er is behoefte aan een landelijke afroepmogelijkheid van werkzaamheden in het kader van geprogrammeerde (groot-)onderhoudsprojecten aan asfalt- en elementenverhardingen. De aanbesteding betreft heel Nederland verdeeld in 3 percelen: - West-Nederland; -Noord-Oost Nederland; -Zuid-Nederland. Het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf verwacht deze aanbesteding januari 2026 te publiceren. Het betreft in hoofdzaak de volgende onderhoudswerkzaamheden: 1. Het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan asfaltverhardingen; 2. Het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan elementenverhardingen; 3. Het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan kantopsluitingen en goten; 4. Het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan (hoofd)riolering en afwateringselementen; 5. Constituye el objeto del presente contrato mixto de servicios y obra de mantenimiento de edificios municipales 2026 las operaciones de mantenimiento, conservación y pequeñas intervenciones de reforma o mejora de las dependencias municipales adscritas al contrato. No obstante, no siendo el objeto principal, el adjudicatario podrá ser requerido a actuar en otros inmuebles, sean o no de propiedad municipal, que, por necesidad o responsabilidad municipal, requiera de una actuación municipal. El servicio comprenderá la ejecución de trabajos menores, de distinta naturaleza, necesarios para asegurar el buen estado de conservación, funcionalidad y seguridad de los edificios municipales de titularidad del Ayuntamiento de Sagunto. - Disponer de la información necesaria para la planificación y ejecutar las labores de mantenimiento y conservación de edificios municipales. - Disponer de un contrato adjudicado para intervenir en los edificios de titularidad municipal o dependencias adscritas al municipio que supongan un riesgo inmediato para usuarios de los mismos; tanto ciudadanos como trabajadores propios del ayuntamiento de Sagunto, con la agilidad que merece cada situación. - Disponer de un marco de actuación, para la programación y ejecución de pequeñas obras de mejora, conservación y renovación de edificios de titularidad municipal. - Disponer de un servicio para la elaboración de documentos técnicos e informes, según las necesidades existentes, para el mantenimiento tanto preventivo, correctivo y modificativo de edificios municipales. - Disponer de un contrato adjudicado para el mantenimiento o intervenciones de urgencia de espacios arqueológicos, edificios protegidos o catalogados existentes en el municipio; así como otro tipo de actuaciones derivadas de las mismas. Se realizarán estos tipos de trabajo única y exclusivamente supervisados. Duración inicial: 2 años. Prorrogable por periodos sucesivos de un año, con un máximo de 2 prórrogas.

Radford House - External Facade Works

Ramsgate Town Council will be appointing a contractor to undertake remedial works to the external façade of Radford House. The works are located at the public facility in Ramsgate - previously the Old Fire Station, at 18-20 Effingham Street, Ramsgate, CT11 9AT. The exterior works are part of a wider redevelopment of the site, which will include internal alterations to the building, and temporary technicians accommodation (under separate contracts to follow) The requirement of the repair and maintenance works is to ensure the deterioration of the building is prevented, the change of use proposals are implemented and heritage features of the original building are protected and restored. The contractor is to undertake repair and maintenance works as listed within the attached documents. All works shall be undertaken in accordance with the client's consultant's approval. The works need to be undertaken by an experienced contractor that have the necessary skills and experience to undertake the works as required. The contractor will need to demonstrate their experience as part of their tender return.

Term Maintenance Contract (Engineering & Building Fabric) 2026-2036

Hampshire County Council

The Term Maintenance Contracts provide planned and reactive maintenance to Hampshire County Council (HCC) sites and schools within their (HCC and School's) Service Level Agreement (SLA). The current contracts were competitively tendered in 2017 and are due to expire on 31 July 2026. There is an ongoing need to provide a service to deliver reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the Hampshire County Council and their SLA schools' estate. The new Term Maintenance contract will be for the provision of 'Hard FM' servicing, testing and inspection of building services and fabric together with reactive maintenance services. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks will be scheduled using the SFG20 standard. The Contract will also include a 'helpdesk' arrangement to capture and triage reactive maintenance. HCC owns a substantial property estate, held primarily for the delivery of frontline public services, but also more generally to support the County Council's corporate priorities. The County Council's assets are diverse and include schools, residential and nursing care homes, children's homes, day centres, libraries, waste disposal and recycling facilities, country parks, rural landholdings, and operational farms. The County Council also owns and occupies offices, workshops, depots and storage accommodation, leases other commercial property to businesses and rural holdings to farmers and has responsibility for a wide range of heritage assets including listed buildings and Scheduled Monuments. The desired outcomes of the new contract are to deliver a modern and effective compliance, planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance service for HCC. Ensuring good quality, value for money work, is undertaken with a lifecycle approach to asset management. Utilising Concerto and digital tools to facilitate timely and accurate information management and customer interactions. All Tenderers must have signed, completed and submitted (Annex 4e) - TUPE & Site Data Confidentiality Undertaking Template by the Clarification deadline. Tenderers who submit a tender without having completed and returned (Annex 4e) as an attachment via the Intend Correspondence function before the deadline for clarification questions (30/10/2025 at 17:00), will have their submission rejected. The tender submission will not have taken into account TUPE costs or have received the confidential sensitive site data required information for a bid to pass evaluation and the tender will therefore Fail.
