LHCPG is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of housing, regeneration, demolition, remediation and enabling works across the United Kingdom. The Framework will support the delivery of: New build residential developments Retrofit and estate regeneration Demolition services Remediation and enabling works Defence housing and secure environment works Appointed suppliers will deliver works as Principal Contractor, including associated design responsibilities, in compliance with relevant statutory, regulatory and funding requirements.
The Supply and Installation of Domestic Kitchens
Swindon Borough Council
Swindon Borough Council has a requirement to replace obsolete Kitchens as part of the asset refresh on cyclical basis. The work required under this contract is the removal of existing kitchens and supply and installation of new kitchens to properties across Swindon, including all associated preparation, plumbing, electrical, decorative and flooring upgrades and works. The initial contract term will be for Three (3) years with an option to extend for a further Two (2) years. Estimated contract spend is £3.3m excl. VAT across the initial 3 year contract term and £6.6m excl. VAT (£7.92m incl. VAT) across the potential total Five (5) year contract term.
Design, supply and install a new accessible play area for young children

The total project cost for this bid shall not exceed £130 000. Project vision Crowthorne Parish Council would like to create an inspirational accessible play area for younger children of all abilities in order to: • Make the most of this popular village facility. • Generate more footfall in the Morgan Recreation Ground and therefore the High Street. • Deliver its commitments under the Crowthorne Neighbourhood Plan and the Three Year Strategy Plan. • Support Bracknell Forest Council's SEN Services And ultimately: • Encourage and inspire outdoor play and promote the use of the Morgan Recreation Ground to families.
