The London Borough of Hillingdon wishes to appoint an experienced service provider for the servicing and maintenance of Passenger Lifts and LOLER inspections ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturers and safety standards. The contract is to include Hillingdon Council's housing stock of circa 116 assets covering General Needs Housing, Sheltered Housing, Supported Housing and Corporate sites. The contractor will provide a planned servicing regime and reactive maintenance for repair and replacement as well as to undertake small works projects up to an approved threshold value for the asset types as stipulated. Summey of Services provided; Planned and preventative maintenance Responsive maintenance Minor Repairs and component replacements Major Repairs and component replacements SAFed supplementary inspections/testing Where works are not covered by the agreed rates within pricing schedule, The Contractor shall price on an open book pricing basis, providing a transparent cost breakdown including labour, materials, plant, subcontractors, overheads, and profit. Cost records shall be available for audit upon request. There is no guarantee that additional works will be awarded under this contract, and Hillingdon Council reserves the right to appoint alternative contractors where it deems necessary. Shropshire Council is inviting tenders from contractors to provide a fully comprehensive lift service, including repair and maintenance. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering a Rescue Service for lift entrapment situations, as well as managing the associated call handling. Additionally, the contract requires the provision of SAFed Supplementary tests on in-service lifts when requested by the Council’s inspecting engineer. The contract will initially run for five years, with an option to extend for a further two years. The Supplier may apply its standard published buyer fees, provided these: • are applied consistently to all vehicles and all sellers; • are published transparently prior to bidding; • do not include any special uplift, percentage, or surcharge linked to the vehicle’s council origin. The Council reserves the right to audit buyer fee structures to ensure compliance.

North Wales Police (NWP) and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service (NWFRS) are seeking to appoint multiple building contractors for reactive/planned maintenance and installation building works; with a maximum of 5 to be awarded based on their scoring ranking position. NWP and NWFRS have a diverse portfolio of approximately 120 properties across North Wales comprising of police stations, fire stations, specialist buildings, offices and fleet departments. The term of contract will be for 5 years – 3 years plus two extensions of twelve months each, on the agreement of both parties. Together with planned building works up to a maximum value of £50K, the contractors will be required to provide an effective and reactive service for 365-day response, to ensure all maintenance and property defects are dealt with promptly, thereby providing safe and secure buildings for both Police and Fire Services. Service will be required 24 hours a day, 364/5 days a year with attendance on site to be within 2 hours of receiving the call for reactive works. This will be done on a rota system. Examples of call outs would be insecure buildings (locks / windows / doors/roofs), leaks, minor repair works, health and safety issues etc. Separate cover for mechanical and electrical call outs (24/7) is provided by specialist contractors under the same basis via a different framework. The Contractor will need to be able to provide direct or subcontracted labour to undertake ground works, demolition, joinery, plastering, minor plumbing, roof works, scaffolding, basic bricklaying etc

Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council (BFSTC) are looking for a supplier to provide a Festive lighting scheme for three years commencing Christmas 2026. The Town Council wants a well thought out, coordinated scheme that brings light and festivity to the town during the festive period. During 2025/26 the town centre has been redeveloped/improved, it is important that the scheme shows off the town at it's best creating an inviting "magical" festive environment. The lighting will be on a hired basis with prior testing of infrastructure, delivery, installation and maintenance to be included. This will need to be delivered complying with all health and safety regulations inclusive of the Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) Code of Practice, Festive Decorations on Highway/Landscape Land (Enclosed) and PLG06 Guidance on Installation and Maintenance of Seasonal Decorations (2014). It is a requirement of MKCC as the highway authority that installation will be carried out by HERS registered installers.

Partial Refurbishment of defects at Handforth Community Centre

The Town Council wish to begin the official tender process for the required refurbishments to Handforth Community & Youth Centre as highlighted in the Building Survey report from April 2024 and to potentially install solar and heat pumps along with any additional energy and water saving technologies as budget allows. The tender will be up to a maximum guaranteed price of £230,000.00 to be drawn from agreed PWLB monies agreed under min ref: 25/21/10. Plus, any grant awards and available CIL monies which HTC holds. The works are to cover the following: Overall, the property presented in a satisfactory to fair of repair and structurally sound given the age of the property and some of the material elements identified. The flat roof to the upper section is nearing the end of its material service life. Given the woodwall deck it is more so important that the covering is maintained in good/dry condition. We would recommend budgeting £48,500 for the full covering and deck replacement. To the lower roofs, the deck below the covering was concealed though some evidence of further woodwool was identified in further areas, we would therefore highly recommend intrusive further investigation are undertaken alongside a competent contractor and roofer to determine the concealed conditions throughout. Allow a budget of £5,000 for further investigations and reporting. To the external walls no significant cracks were noted however noted however isolated potential settlement was noted to the rear right corner of the building. Allow a budget of £1,500 for localised repointing and monitoring in the first instance as it appear some former tarmac works were conducted which are likely connected. However, we would hight recommend clarification is sought as to the works and why it was undertaken in the first instance as it may lead to more cost repairs. It was additionally noted that the building was predominantly formed with Calcium Silicate bricks which are prone to shrinkage which lead toe
