Rammeavtale for kjøp og leie, samt service og vedlikehold, av elektromedisinsk og medisinteknisk utstyr

Haugesund Kommune

Avtalen skal dekke Haugesund kommunes behov for kjøp og leie, samt service og vedlikehold, av elektromedisinsk og medisinskteknisk utstyr. Avtalen omfatter: - Kjøp av elektromedisinsk utstyr og medisinteknisk utstyr (f. eks blodtrykksapparater, EKG-apparater, blodsukkerapparater, personløftere, takheis etc.) - Kjøp av tilbehør og forbruksmateriell til nyanskaffet utstyr og til eksisterende utstyrspark - Kjøp og montering av takheiser - Vedlikehold av elektromedisinsk utstyr - Vedlikehold av medisinskteknisk utstyr som eksempelvis; senger, personheiser, personløfter etc. - Årlig service og vedlikehold av medisinteknisk utstyr og elektromedisinsk utstyr i samsvar med gjeldende direktiver - Leie av utstyr ved behov på alt medisinsk utstyr Det skal inngås rammeavtale med én leverandør. Rammeavtalens varighet er to år. Oppdragsgiver forbeholder seg retten til å forlenge rammeavtalen med ytterligere ett år av gangen, opptil to ganger. Den samlede maksimale avtaleperioden, inkludert opsjoner, vil dermed være fire år. Kjøp og leie, samt service og vedlikehold, skal skje til/i diverse enheter i Haugesund kommune, herunder bl.a. sykehjem, legesenter, helsestasjon, omsorgssenter, barneskoler etc.

The Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS) (the Buyer) is an Executive agency of the Department of Justice Northern Ireland (DOJNI) and is responsible for the management of His Majesty’s Prisons in Northern Ireland. The Prison Service operates under the control of the DOJNI. It is governed by the Prison Act (Northern Ireland) 1953 and the Prison and Young Offenders Rules (Northern Ireland) 1995. The Northern Ireland Prison Service wish to appoint a supplier(s) to supply and deliver a range of uniform items. The Buyer also wishes to appoint a supplier to securely dispose of old and surplus uniform items. The requirement will be divided into 6 separate lots: Lot 1 – General uniform, Lot 2 - Utility uniform, Lot 3 - Uniform with emblems, Lot 4 - Accessories, Lot 5 - Waterproof clothing, Lot 6 - Uniform disposal. The Contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years followed by two (2) optional extension periods of two (2) years each. Spain – Repair and maintenance services – Contrato mixto de servicios y obra denominado mantenimiento de edificios de titularidad municipal (SARA). Expte. 2/26-C.

Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Sagunto

Constituye el objeto del presente contrato mixto de servicios y obra de mantenimiento de edificios municipales 2026 las operaciones de mantenimiento, conservación y pequeñas intervenciones de reforma o mejora de las dependencias municipales adscritas al contrato. No obstante, no siendo el objeto principal, el adjudicatario podrá ser requerido a actuar en otros inmuebles, sean o no de propiedad municipal, que, por necesidad o responsabilidad municipal, requiera de una actuación municipal. El servicio comprenderá la ejecución de trabajos menores, de distinta naturaleza, necesarios para asegurar el buen estado de conservación, funcionalidad y seguridad de los edificios municipales de titularidad del Ayuntamiento de Sagunto. - Disponer de la información necesaria para la planificación y ejecutar las labores de mantenimiento y conservación de edificios municipales. - Disponer de un contrato adjudicado para intervenir en los edificios de titularidad municipal o dependencias adscritas al municipio que supongan un riesgo inmediato para usuarios de los mismos; tanto ciudadanos como trabajadores propios del ayuntamiento de Sagunto, con la agilidad que merece cada situación. - Disponer de un marco de actuación, para la programación y ejecución de pequeñas obras de mejora, conservación y renovación de edificios de titularidad municipal. - Disponer de un servicio para la elaboración de documentos técnicos e informes, según las necesidades existentes, para el mantenimiento tanto preventivo, correctivo y modificativo de edificios municipales. - Disponer de un contrato adjudicado para el mantenimiento o intervenciones de urgencia de espacios arqueológicos, edificios protegidos o catalogados existentes en el municipio; así como otro tipo de actuaciones derivadas de las mismas. Se realizarán estos tipos de trabajo única y exclusivamente supervisados. Duración inicial: 2 años. Prorrogable por periodos sucesivos de un año, con un máximo de 2 prórrogas.
