Pathology Storage and Scanning Solutions Tender Notice

HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a framework agreement with suitably qualified providers for the provision of pathology storage, scanning, and associated management solutions, as detailed within this contract notice. The framework will support Participating Authorities by offering comprehensive services for the storage, retrieval, management, and processing of pathology materials, associated records, and digital outputs. The Framework Agreement will be structured into four Lots, each comprising core and, where applicable, optional requirements. Suppliers may bid for one or multiple Lots, including an aggregated offering. Lot 1: Storage, Retrieval and Management of Pathology Samples This Lot covers physical storage and lifecycle management of pathology materials and associated documentation. Core requirements include: physical storage and management of pathology samples and records; retrieval and transportation; inventory management; and destruction of pathology samples. Optional requirements include: provision of consumables associated with storage, handling, and transport. Lot 2: Pathology Slide Scanning Services and Solutions This Lot focuses on the digitisation of pathology materials and the management of resulting digital assets. Core requirements include: offsite slide scanning services to generate Whole Slide Images; electronic retrieval of digital images; and physical retrieval and transport of pathology samples. Optional requirements include: inventory management; virtual storage solutions; image management systemsand ; provision of consumables; destruction of pathology samples; and deletion of digital images and associated records. Lot 3: Specialised Stem Cell Storage This Lot provides specialised storage services for stem cells requiring controlled environmental conditions. South Ayrshire Council (the Council) has a requirement to establish a multi-provider, multi-lot Framework Agreement for the Provision of Removal and Storage Services for Domestic and Non-Domestic Properties. The Council intends to Establish a multi-lot Framework Agreement. The requirement of this Framework Agreement is split into two (2) lots as follows: Lot 1 – Domestic Accommodation Furniture Removal, Transfer and Storage (including dismantling and packing where required) – One (1) Provider Lot 2 – Non-Domestic Accommodation Furniture Removal, Transfer and Storage (including dismantling and packing where required) – Up to three (3) Providers The Council shall evaluate and award each lot on an individual basis. The Council intends to appoint one (1) Provider to Lot one (1) and up to three (3) providers to Lot two (2). Tenderers can bid for one (1) or two (2) lots if they have the relevant experience and capacity to deliver the services and subject to having the necessary accreditation required. This Framework will NOT be ranked, appointment to the Framework will be made to the tenderers (per lot) achieving the highest overall evaluation scores.

Neath Port Talbot Council invites tenders from experienced commercial operators to secure a 20 year lease (with the option to extend for a further 5 years) to run and maintain a new flagship offer in Waterfall Country Pontneddfechan in the Vale of Neath. We are seeking an operator to take on the complete management of the following: • An eight‑bedroom, family‑friendly visitor accommodation • A retail unit suitable for a farm shop or community shop • A 136‑space public car park • A children’s play area • Public toilets serving both the local community and visitors. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a fully integrated visitor hub at the gateway to Waterfall Country. The successful operator will have the opportunity to build a thriving business, enhance the visitor experience and play a key role in supporting the local community and economy.

Portsmouth City Council - the 'Council - is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced operators for the operation of the Spinnaker Tower - the 'Tower' - on a long term mutually incentivised partnership basis. THE TOWER The Spinnaker Tower is located on the waterfront within Gunwharf Quays shopping centre and is a prominent landmark offering views of the city, the Solent and the Isle of Wight. The Tower is Portsmouth's most prominent landmark, 170m in height with 3 upper viewing platforms at 100, 105 and 110 metres providing views of Portsmouth Harbour and the Solent. The tower opened in 2005 attracting 100,000 visitors in the first two months of opening. There is a reception at the base of the building with ancillary interpretation space, entertainment and leisure uses, ticketing, plant, management and staff facilities. There are two cafes - the ground floor Spinnaker Kitchen and Bar and the Cloud Café located on View Deck 2, 105 metres up. There is an additional podium area at ground level which is activated over the festive period for a Christmas market, with potential for it to be used permanently as commercial space. Permitted Uses, Opening Times & Access Under the new contract the primary function of the Tower must remain a public viewing tower, to be open in line with hours set out within the Council's specification. Through the procurement process suggestions for incorporation of historical and maritime components, that may also include literary and cultural references associated with the wider city, will be considered. The Operator must ensure that the Tower is open to the public for a minimum of 8 hours/day April to September and 6 hours/day October to March except Christmas Day. Core opening times are 10.00 - 18.00 during summer months and 6 hours within the core times during the winter months (e.g.10.00 - 16.00). The Operator may open earlier or later to support other activities such as breakfasts or evening events and functions. No curfew

Constituye el objeto del presente contrato mixto de servicios y obra de mantenimiento de edificios municipales 2026 las operaciones de mantenimiento, conservación y pequeñas intervenciones de reforma o mejora de las dependencias municipales adscritas al contrato. No obstante, no siendo el objeto principal, el adjudicatario podrá ser requerido a actuar en otros inmuebles, sean o no de propiedad municipal, que, por necesidad o responsabilidad municipal, requiera de una actuación municipal. El servicio comprenderá la ejecución de trabajos menores, de distinta naturaleza, necesarios para asegurar el buen estado de conservación, funcionalidad y seguridad de los edificios municipales de titularidad del Ayuntamiento de Sagunto. - Disponer de la información necesaria para la planificación y ejecutar las labores de mantenimiento y conservación de edificios municipales. - Disponer de un contrato adjudicado para intervenir en los edificios de titularidad municipal o dependencias adscritas al municipio que supongan un riesgo inmediato para usuarios de los mismos; tanto ciudadanos como trabajadores propios del ayuntamiento de Sagunto, con la agilidad que merece cada situación. - Disponer de un marco de actuación, para la programación y ejecución de pequeñas obras de mejora, conservación y renovación de edificios de titularidad municipal. - Disponer de un servicio para la elaboración de documentos técnicos e informes, según las necesidades existentes, para el mantenimiento tanto preventivo, correctivo y modificativo de edificios municipales. - Disponer de un contrato adjudicado para el mantenimiento o intervenciones de urgencia de espacios arqueológicos, edificios protegidos o catalogados existentes en el municipio; así como otro tipo de actuaciones derivadas de las mismas. Se realizarán estos tipos de trabajo única y exclusivamente supervisados. Duración inicial: 2 años. Prorrogable por periodos sucesivos de un año, con un máximo de 2 prórrogas.
