RDG is looking for a partner to support with station surveys to assess feasibility to determine placement and co-ordinate any formal permissions needed to ensure the project can proceed with the installation of Welcome point units.

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is seeking to appoint a specialist provider to deliver a managed Workplace Assessments and Adjustment Service across the organisation. The service will support FOS's commitment to inclusion, accessibility, wellbeing and compliance with relevant equality and health and safety legislation. The appointed Supplier will provide workplace needs assessments, workstation and ergonomic assessments, recommendations and associated reporting for employees who require workplace adjustments. The Supplier will also be responsible for the supply and/or installation of recommended workplace adjustment equipment where required. The service must be available nationally and support employees located across FOS offices in Belfast, Cardiff, Coventry, Edinburgh, London and Manchester, as well as employees working remotely or in hybrid working arrangements. The Supplier must therefore be capable of delivering both remote and on-site assessment services throughout the United Kingdom.

The Authority has a need for assurance vetting of Ocean Tankers under contract to the Authority, either directly, or obtained by fuel Suppliers for delivery to the Authority’s sites under the Authority’s fuel supply contracts. The Authority has two ships on long term charter, which provide the majority of the Authority’s fuel transport requirement. These ships will require annual TMSA. The Authority also takes some fuel consignments under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) conditions. Under DDP, the supplier of the fuel is responsible for delivery, which normally involves that company chartering a ship on the spot market. The Authority therefore requires an expert provider of vessel risk evaluation services to provide a vetting service. The estimated contract duration for this requirement is 5 years and will run from Februrary 2027 until February 2032.

AWE Solar Programme - Burghfield (AWE(B))
Atomic Weapons Establishment
The purpose of this procurement is to award a contract for supply of renewable (solar) energy via direct wire to AWE Burghfield (AWE(B)). Following completion of this Procurement, AWE intends to award the Contract to a single Supplier which has provided the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT). The Contract will run for a period of 26 years from the effective date. The terms being used for this Procurement is bespoke Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and will be made available to shortlisted bidders at ISIT stage. There will be no option for AWE to extend the Contract. The Contract will comprise a fixed price tariff with appropriate indexation. Interested parties must register their intention to participate by emailing AWEProcurement@AWE.co.uk using subject: AWE Solar Programme - Burghfield (AWE(B)). Upon receipt, AWE will issue the interested party with a link to register on AWE's Procurement Portal, and mandatory a Confidentiality Agreement. Powys Teaching Health Board requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to supply, install, configure, test and commission a new IP-based Nurse Call System within the Health Board's estate. The proposed solution shall comprise a fully integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE) nurse call system, including bedhead units, patient handsets, ancillary call points, over-door indicators, nurse base indicators and associated network infrastructure. The system must provide reliable patient-to-staff communication, emergency call functionality and clinical alarm indication in accordance with current healthcare best practice and relevant Health Technical Memoranda, including HTM 08-03: Bedhead Services. Four Year Contract for Gutter Cleaning, Roof Inspections and Roof Safety System Testing Services

The Contract will involve gutter cleaning maintenance, roof inspection services and roof safety system testing and inspection services throughout Barrhead, Neilston, Thornliebank and Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire. The Contract will principally include; Gutter cleaning maintenance; Roof inspection services and a comprehensive report prepared by the Contractor for each property; Roof safety system testing, inspections and certification to each applicable property. The Contract may also include cleaning of roof skews, valleys and flashings, and also remedial, minor repair works to the existing roof finishes, drainage and disposal systems, stonework and chimneys, roof services and roof safety systems resulting from the Contractor’s roof inspection and report to each property. The commencement date for the Measured Term Contract is currently estimated to be 1st October 2026 and the completion date is 30th September 2030. Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator’s (Refer Tender Document G), it is intended that the Contract will be extended on an annual basis by a maximum of three further years until 30th September 2033.

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust (BFT) intends to conduct a tender for a Measured Term Contract (MTC) across the following disciplines: • Mechanical • Electrical • Painting & Decorating • Building work • Fire Doors • Flooring The proposed route to market is via an Competitive Flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).
