The Authority has a need for assurance vetting of Ocean Tankers under contract to the Authority, either directly, or obtained by fuel Suppliers for delivery to the Authority’s sites under the Authority’s fuel supply contracts. The Authority has two ships on long term charter, which provide the majority of the Authority’s fuel transport requirement. These ships will require annual TMSA. The Authority also takes some fuel consignments under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) conditions. Under DDP, the supplier of the fuel is responsible for delivery, which normally involves that company chartering a ship on the spot market. The Authority therefore requires an expert provider of vessel risk evaluation services to provide a vetting service. The estimated contract duration for this requirement is 5 years and will run from Februrary 2027 until February 2032.

AGENCIJA ZA PRUŽANJE USLUGA U ZRAČNOJ PLOVIDBI BOSNE I HERCEGOVINE

Nabavka usluga produkata numeričkog mezomodela i MET radara je nabavka usluge dostavljanja produkta numeričkog mezomodela i produkata (real time) informacija sa MET radara koji pokrivaju područje BiH za potrebe BHMET i odsjeka za vazduhoplovnu meteorologiju jedinica prilazne i aerodromske kontrole letenja Banja Luka, Mostar, Sarajevo i Tuzla i posredno za sve ATS jedinice BHANSA. Nabavka usluge dostavljanja produkata mezomodela za područje BiH i proširenja je kontinuirana. Nabavka usluge dostavljanja produkata MET radara koji pokrivaju područje BiH je nastala kao potreba za ovom vrstom informacija koja će biti informacija koja će biti inkorporirana u novi MET prognostički sistem i biti dio seta informacija koje će se dostavljati i na pozicije ACC i TWR /APP kontrolora. Prognostički materijal koji podrazumijeva produkte numeričkog mezomodela atmosfere i proširenog domena (dijelom na susjedne države) i za ograničeno područje Bosne i Hercegovine je prognostički materijal koji daje izlaz iz modela sa boljom rezolucijom od globalnih modela a koji je izuzetno potreban za izradu prognoza koje su regionalno usklađene npr: eGAFOR i CBCF. Koristan je za kratkoročne prognoze (do 3 dana) sa osvrtom na potrebe vazduhoplovne meteorologije. Prognoze su dostupne svakih šest sati, a svi produkti imaju vremenski korak od 1 - 3 sata. Također, visinski podaci (Pseudo TEMP) za ograničeno područje BiH su izuzetno važni jer BiH nema mjerenja visinskih profila. Linkom pristup na kontinuirano izmjerene podatke i podaci u nekom od standardnih formata za potrebe vizualizacije u MET prognostičkom sistemu (view + data) real time informacija sa MET radara koji pokrivaju područje BiH.

The BEEMS (British EDF Energy Estuarine and Marine Studies) programme is funded by NNB Generation Company (HPC) Limited. Through this programme, Cefas provide authoritative scientific information on the marine and transitional waters in the vicinity of potential new build nuclear power stations and require the Supplier to deliver the marine sampling, profiling, and laboratory analysis services described in Section 3 below. 3. Contract Duration The Contract implementation will start as soon as possible following contract award with the initial Contract period of 12 months, with the option to extend by up to 4 further periods of 12-months each. 4. Scope of Requirements Cefas require the supplier to acquire sediment and water samples along with water column profiles of conductivity, temperature and depth (CTD) and other variables from a suitable vessel for the purpose of physical and chemical monitoring of the marine offshore environment adjacent to the Hinkley Point C new nuclear build power station. It is anticipated that the required sampling will involve circa 3 days of vessel operations – two days for water sampling and one day for sediment sampling. The requirement includes collection of all samples and field measurements and all laboratory sample analysis, excluding hydrazine analysis which is to be conducted by Cefas laboratory. General Survey Strategy: The marine water and sediment sampling survey will be conducted in Bridgwater Bay adjacent to the Hinkley Point C construction site, in summer 2026, with the potential for continued annual sampling for at least 4 years. Water sampling will be carried out over a full tidal cycle at two main locations detailed in the sections below, with a full day dedicated to each location, requiring a minimum of two survey days. Sediment samples will be collected as detailed below and sampling will be conducted on a separate survey day. Suppliers will propose a survey schedule to fulfil the sampling requirements.
