GWR is undertaking a major procurement to appoint a strategic partner capable of delivering an integrated customer data, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and loyalty ecosystem. The goal is to create a unified, scalable, and insight driven environment that strengthens customer relationships, improves operational efficiency, and drives measurable commercial value. Central to this ambition is a CRM and loyalty programme that actively increases customer engagement, repeat travel, and revenue through personalised, relevant, and timely interactions. The partner will deliver a Single Customer View (SCV) data platform, digital analytics services, CRM programme management, and loyalty operations, which will deliver customer insight flows seamlessly from data ingestion through to personalised activation and revenue generating outcomes. This will include not only the build and delivery of these capabilities, but the ongoing optimisation of CRM and loyalty programmes. This will ensure that our journeys, communications and member experiences are continually refined. This will support our goals of customer engagement, influence of their behaviours and support wider commercial, business and customer UX objectives. This procurement reflects GWR's ambition to become more data informed and customer centric, recognising that a unified understanding of customers is a core business capability, not simply a technology platform. The partner will be expected to support an always‑on programme of strategic CRM and loyalty activity that evolves over time, driving sustained customer value and long‑term business growth. This procurement also needs to recognise the wider rail industry context, including GWR's future transition into the Department for Transport Operator model and, in time, Great British Railways. The City of Doncaster Council (The Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced auction provider to dispose of surplus fleet vehicles and ad hoc spare parts as part of a fleet reduction programme. The Contract will run for an initial 2-year period. Extensions will be available for up to a maximum period of 3 years and may be exercised in 3*12-month periods. See section 16 for further information. Prices will remain fixed for the initial 2-year contract term. The objectives of this contract are to: • Achieve Best Value for surplus vehicles • Ensure a transparent, auditable, and compliant process • Minimise officer time and operational disruption • Ensure environmental, data protection, and legal compliance Buyer Fee Fairness Requirement The Supplier will not apply any additional fee, premium, uplift percentage or surcharge through its auctions to a buyer solely on the basis that a vehicle originates from the Council’s fleet. The Supplier may apply its standard published buyer fees, provided these: • are applied consistently to all vehicles and all sellers; • are published transparently prior to bidding; • do not include any special uplift, percentage, or surcharge linked to the vehicle’s council origin. The Council reserves the right to audit buyer fee structures to ensure compliance.

Journey of Recycling 2026-28

Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority

Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority (MWDA) is a statutory waste disposal authority which, with its District Council partners, takes a lead in advocating and delivering recycling, waste prevention, and the safe and effective disposal of household waste for the residents of Merseyside and Halton - together, the Liverpool City Region (LCR). MWDA is seeking to engage an organisation who will be able to effectively manage external services and suppliers throughout all aspects of the campaign and display strong overall project management. MWDA runs public awareness and engagement campaigns through the Authority's Recycle Right and Zero Waste LCR brands. MWDA would like to run a campaign via Recycle Right in two phases - Phase 1 during July 2026 - October 2026, and Phase 2 during April 2027 - September 2027. Phase 1 of the campaign will require the successful organisation to animate a new Journey of Recycling video, with a focus on updating information featured within the most recent Journey of Recycling animation to factor in additional materials which can now be recycled via kerbside collections across LCR, following the implementation of Simpler Recycling legislation from UK government. A suite of social media assets will also need to be created for advertising purposes, with the aim to engage LCR residents and direct them to the new Journey of Recycling animation on the MRWA YouTube channel and/or Journey of Recycling pages on the Recycle Right website. Phase 1 will culminate with a one-month digital advertising campaign, which will launch from the start of Recycle Week (Monday 14th September) and will finish on Sunday 11th October 2026. The ads will be run through Google (Display Network and/or YouTube) and the Recycle Right Meta channels (Facebook and Instagram). A report providing insights on user engagement and demographics will be required upon completion of the campaign. THE TOWER The Spinnaker Tower is located on the waterfront within Gunwharf Quays shopping centre and is a prominent landmark offering views of the city, the Solent and the Isle of Wight. The Tower is Portsmouth's most prominent landmark, 170m in height with 3 upper viewing platforms at 100, 105 and 110 metres providing views of Portsmouth Harbour and the Solent. The tower opened in 2005 attracting 100,000 visitors in the first two months of opening. There is a reception at the base of the building with ancillary interpretation space, entertainment and leisure uses, ticketing, plant, management and staff facilities. There are two cafes - the ground floor Spinnaker Kitchen and Bar and the Cloud Café located on View Deck 2, 105 metres up. There is an additional podium area at ground level which is activated over the festive period for a Christmas market, with potential for it to be used permanently as commercial space. Permitted Uses, Opening Times & Access Under the new contract the primary function of the Tower must remain a public viewing tower, to be open in line with hours set out within the Council's specification. Through the procurement process suggestions for incorporation of historical and maritime components, that may also include literary and cultural references associated with the wider city, will be considered. The Operator must ensure that the Tower is open to the public for a minimum of 8 hours/day April to September and 6 hours/day October to March except Christmas Day. Core opening times are 10.00 - 18.00 during summer months and 6 hours within the core times during the winter months (e.g.10.00 - 16.00). The Operator may open earlier or later to support other activities such as breakfasts or evening events and functions. No curfew
